VILLA ALBATROS - Five Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 10

Superb traditional Menorquian villa facing the sea in Ses Salines, a unique residential complex consisting of luxury villas where you will also find the Fornells Yacht Club, the Menorca Sailing School and two very good restaurants within two minutes walking distance from the house.

The house is located on a waterfront spot. You can enjoy wonderful views over the bay of Fornells from the garden. It's a great house that has plenty of open spaces for enjoy your holiday both indoors and outdoors.

Outside you can enjoy a magnificent well-maintained garden, a covered terrace at the front and an outdoor dining area next to the swimming pool. There is also a toilette and a shower and a room with additional fridge for drinks and ice machine.

Indoors, on the ground floor, there's a large dinning room, living room with sofas and a fireplace, another living room with HDTV, large fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

On the first floor, there's the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room. There is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a terrace with fabulous sea views.

No doubt Albatros is an extraordinary villa in a superb location. Also ideal for water sport enthusiasts.

Lovely size property for our party of 10.
Excellent location, lovely restaurants in walkable distance (especially Margas) and very friendly shop close by for bread and croissants in morning. Very difficult to keep cool in evening with only fans in bedrooms. Would have appreciated air conditioning at times!! Well stocked kitchen and utensils. Would certainly return. Lovely holiday had by all. Thank you.

Beautiful villa ideal location
We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Albatross. It catered perfectly for our family group of 7 adults and three toddlers. The villa is full of personal touches, from interesting little spoon collections to family photo albums and art. It really felt like a home from home. The outdoor spaces were lovely with beautifully maintained mature gardens and a fantastic gated pool it was a great place for all ages. Situated about 15/20 minute walk away from the town of Fornells which is truly beautiful and a little beach where boats are moared that is 5 mins away from the villa. Ses salines has a little shop to get food and bits and is inly central on the island with nowhere more then a 30min drive away.The only criticism i would say is that two of the ground floor bedrooms were quite musty at first possibly due to the villa not being occupied and shuttered up but this improved after the villa was aired for a few days. That said we would all def stay again and recommend Villa Albatross to any large groups. Ignacio and his colleague were really nice to deal with and very helpful.

Fabulous Holiday
I did not realise that I had ever left a review for this fabulous villa. We have stayed as a family of 8 at this villa twice and were completed smitten from first sight. The villa has the most amazing space and can easily accommodate a larger family. The outside space is amazing and in fact we did not eat a meal indoors on either occassion that we stayed there as the weather was glorious and the outside eating area simply stunning. It was so easy to pick up the keys from the letting agent in Fornells. All five of the children that travelled with us had a great time and it is not easy to please all children between the ages of 15 and 6. There are plenty of bedrooma and bathrooms so getting everyone ready to go out at the same time was a breeze. Fornells is a lovely resort and Villa Albatros is easily within walking distance. There is a small shop two streets away from the villa which provided us with our freshly baked bread and crossiants everyday. A large supermarket is within easy driving distance and you can everything for your stay here. I cannot recommend Villa Albatros highly enough and certainly intend to return at some point in the hopefully not too distant future.
