Views of the Gulf are simply breathtaking from Palm Beach Club #244!

This is a lovely beach view two-bedroom, two-bath Palm Beach Club condominium, just across the street from the pristine, undeveloped beach, right at the gates of Fort Pickens, and adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Enjoy long beach walks on beaches the way nature intended for them to be.

King in master; one queen and a full trundle in guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area bring the total sleeping to six (both bedrooms located on lower level). The kitchen has been recently renovated and redesigned to make it much more spacious than is normally the case with this floor plan. The kitchen and living area are open and ideally set up for entertaining. This is not your father’s Palm Beach Club condo.

Private Gulf facing balconies off of both the living area and master bedroom offer an ideal place for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. This complex offers a Sound front community pool and easy access to the undeveloped beach directly across Fort Pickens Road. There is also a great beach area on the Sound side that is perfect for small children or those who prefer calmer water.

A single covered parking spot is reserved for this unit, which can accommodate two average length vehicles parked one in front of the other.

Location was great, Condition of property, not so much
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The blinds over the windows overlooking the gulf were broken and couldn't be opened.Bathroom sink was clogged and had to be dealt with. 2 TV's didn't work and no local channels came in for news, weather, etc. on the 3rd one I would not recommend this was poorly maintained for the price that was charged. The weather stripping on the outside windows was all torn and banged against the windows all night.

Great place
First time to the area. Fell in love with this condo complex. It sits directly on the bay with a great beach area, and is just across the street from the beach. The condo is nice and comfortable. It is 2 levels so plan on climbing stairs. Kitchen and living room are upstairs while the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower level. There are 2 balconies. Also there is covered assigned parking for each unit. The condo is well equipped. Has everything you need for a great stay. We really enjoyed the place. Honestly can’t say anything bad about the place. Highly recommend it

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Considering we did not have use of the balconies due to maintenance, the condo in of itself was pleasant. To compliment Paradise Rentals, the company did right by us and I have zero issues with this company. Shall I return to Pendacoka in the future, I will definitely look at this rental agency again. Now our trip was awesome until Thursday night of the 15th. The area suffered a direct tornado strike causing some damage and a loss of power. Considering the issue of no power, on going bad weather, and the heat we simply packed up and left early. One for the books to say the least.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect for us. Away from the noise yet close to the Trolley for easy access to the center of the beach. You have beach on both sides of you with thre Gulf view. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The rental company extremely nice and accommodating. The air conditioning was not producing cold air and it was serviced within a few hours. It would help to have a dust pan to sweep up sand, no beach towels are provided. As a previous owner of condos on this beach? I realized each company may provide different things. Pillows are extremely flat, bring your own. Also bring your own kitchen knife. Ice maker is sad. Bring your own. I realize cleaning crews are in a hurry. Needs a deep cleaning.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the location, very convenient to beach/view. We do however, as with Tristan Towers, believe more attention to cleaning needed. Toilet runs, kitchen sink drains have never been cleaned and a bare foot walk across any floor gets them black. Visible dust layers and patios were dirty upon arrival. Should be as clean as a hotel room at minimum don't you think ? We didn't like the split floor plan, didn't think about bathrooms downstairs only.
