Great
Booked for my Son's wedding in Tissington after my original booking on another property had been cancelled at the last minute. Gabrielle was very helpful and provide a lot of useful information about the local area. The check in process was seamless and the property was as per the pictures. There was plenty of room for our party of 11 and no issues encountered during our stay.

Lovely property in a great location
This was a lovely, comfortable property in a beautiful little village. My family stayed here over Christmas and it was very welcoming to arrive to find a fully decorated tree. There was plenty of space for the 11 of us plus dog and it was lovely and warm. We enjoyed exploring the local area, although regrettably didn’t get a chance to try out the local pubs.

Family reunion.
My daughter was over from Australia with her boyfriend and wanted to stay somewhere with her brothers and nephews. This was the ideal place. Plenty of space for the children to play. The house was interesting and quirky, with lots of character. We had 2 dogs with us and the garden was safe for them. The village of Alton was quaint. The pub's were friendly, especially the White Hart which is a community owned pub. There are many walks around the village. And the castle is interesting.

We lived here very happily until we moved down south for work. We were unable to sell so we have now converted it to a holiday let. We love this house and come up as often as we can.
