This unit is in the Worldmark timeshare resort and is managed by Wyndham, ranked #3 hotel group in the USA (after Hilton and Marriott). Wyndham goes above and beyond industry standards to please us, Worldmark owners, so we would extend their managing contract every year. This resort in Kihei has 200 units that were just remodeled a few months ago and the cleaning and maintenance team keeps them in a perfect shape. I've been fortunate to accumulate a lot of Worldmark vacation points but don't have time to use them all. As my guests you will have all rights and privileges of regular owners. If something breaks or you run out of kitchen and bathroom necessities, simply call the front desk and they will take care of everything right away. The resort is located just across the street from a great beach, Kamaole 1, very calm and kids friendly. Resort also offers a nice outdoor pool, hot tub, a children's pool, barbecue grilling areas as well as fitness and recreational centers. No smoking inside the unit, no pets allowed, must be 21 or older to book. At check-in the resort will ask for a credit or debit card damage hold, fully refundable. Resort staff may offer you to attend a 90 minute presentation about the timeshare. Totally up to you, just say No if you don't want to.

Units are assigned the morning of check-in and you will be assigned the best available unit on the day you arrive. Pictures you see here are provided by the resort and represent a typical unit. All units were remodeled at the same time, all are air conditioned, have similar size and layout, and same appliances, furniture, and supplies.

For your convenience, you will find a starter supply of spices, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and laundry soap.

Staff very friendly and accommodating.

It was nice, clean and an excellent location. It was across from the best beach. Great sunsets. We did ask to be moved to a room with a view of the water. They could not do it immediately but did move us on day 3 of a 5 night stay. It was well worth the move.

Beautiful Condo. Everything was Comfortable and Updated. The Grounds were Gorgeous and everything was at your convenience from BBQ grills, Swimming Pool, Housekeeping, and Walk to the Beach. I would definitely return.

Perfect for our needs

The resort is not the prettiest one, but the units we stayed in were great (we had to switch during our stay). We are a family of four and the condo offered plenty of space. It was fresh - it seems they did partial upgrades to it relatively recently. You're very close to the one of the best beaches on Maui and the pool area was nice too. If you stay here, make sure to check out the Maui Bread Company, just a block away.
