Gorgeous cottage in a fantastic location
Myself and my husband stayed here for a week over the new year break. We arrived to a spotlessly clean cottage with a little welcome gift of chocs and prosecco. Fairview is a modern cottage with lovely views over the valley and all the modern day appliances you would ever need. A true home from home. Location wise it is a perfect base for a walk into Saundersfoot or Amroth which we completed quite a few times and a short drive into neighbouring Tenby. Simon and Amanda are amazing hosts, quick to respond to messages and they have kept a beautiful cottage. We have already booked again for a week in May and can not wait.

We moved to Harvest Mill in 1998 and renovated & converted the three storey building creating what is now The Granary (Property Ref.W280) on the ground floor and our family home on the upper two floors. When Fairview (Property Ref.W206) came on the market 10 years later we were about ready for another project. It's located a short distance down the lane so we're usually on hand if you want any advice etc.

We know some customers will holiday elsewhere but we want to be sure that if you're in our area you'll want to come back and stay with us again.

Our Egypt Apartment (Property Ref. EG91) was created as a home from home in the sun. Whilst we're not able to be there in person to oversee the property we have a good network of support and contacts.

Why they chose this property

We bought Fairview having lived just down the lane for 10 years or more. One of the original buildings in the valley it had a certain charm but needed bringing into the current century. We renovated an old water mill and this is now our home but we're realistic enough to know one day it will be too big for our needs. We had been keeping an eye out for a suitable property in the valley that we could ultimately move into ourselves when Fairview came on the market. Because our ultimate intention is to live in the cottage we set about the renovation with the long term in mind undertaking large scale structural alterations to introduce light and comfort.

What makes this property unique

Sitting in the comfort of the living room with the 6m doors wide open enjoying the birdsong and the natural peace of the valley Fairview is the ideal place to relax. Convenient for walking or cycling into Saundersfoot but away from the hustle & bustle.

Traffic permitting we're just 2 hours drive from the Severn Crossing but it's like another world!
