Due to its west facing position magnificent sunsets are the norm, with both spectacular mountain and sea views. The mountain trails are within an easy walk of the villa and the unspoilt beaches start within a 5 minute drive northwards, rocky coves for exploration 5 minutes southwards. The villa is fully equipped with all modern amenities as well as many extras. The 50sq.m private swimming pool is accompanied by extremely spacious terraces ideal for sunbathing, socialising and generally taking it easy. Separate games room with drinks fridge, table tennis, table football, darts and numerous garden games & toys.

A home away from home
It is a beautiful house, with a big garden and an olive orchard. The house is very nicely decorated and has all you need on your stay. Patrick and Heidi are great hosts

Absolutely perfect
We had a wonderful time in the Villa Kitrini. Patrick was very nice and helpful. The house, the garden and the Pool are very loveley. We traveled with five kids and they enjoyed every minute in and around the house. And every evening we enjoyed a spectecular sunset ober the sea. This wasn't our last time in Villa Kitrini.

Villa Kitrini stay
The Villa was beautiful inside and out. The views did not disappoint. Gorgeous olive groves, sea views, sunsets and mountains. Children were free to play and make as much noise as they liked as no immediate neighbours. Patrick and Heidi went above and beyond, cannot recommend this Villa highly enough. Patrick’s excursions were excellent value for money and his local knowledge gave us a real insight into the Greek way off life that otherwise would not have been possible with anyone else. Please book your next holiday at Villa kitrini you won’t be disappointed.
