Quiet Garden Unit! Awesome Garden and Pond View!

West Maui Kaanapali Papakea J103 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps 7, ground floor condo 100 yards from the ocean's edge. Enjoy dinner or a cocktail with the awesome pond and garden view.

Updated kitchen and bathrooms with tile/granite counters. Living room air conditioner. Stacked washer and dryer. Includes a fully stocked kitchen. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. Living room has a window air conditioner. Flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed. Guest bedroom has queen and twin beds. Living room has a full size sofa sleeper, dining table with 6 chairs and 2 bar stools. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. Lanai has a table and 4 chairs and chaise lounge chair for enjoying the views over a drink.

Walk 100 yards to take a dip in the ocean or snorkel with the fish. You really can enjoy paradise without leaving the resort. The Papakea Resort is located on North Kaanapali Beach. Papakea has 13 acres of lush tropical gardens with foot bridges and Koi ponds. The tennis courts, putting greens, shuffleboard and 2 pools/ 2 hot tubs make your time as relaxing or as busy as you choose. Children especially enjoy swimming in the pools and ocean in front of the condo. You have the option of dining in or barbecuing poolside or heading out to any one of the numerous restaurants within a five mile radius.

It is our goal to provide you with a fantastic experience while vacationing in one of our fine Maui properties. With everything Maui has to offer and our superior accommodations, we want to make sure you also have a very safe stay. During these trying times, we will be enhancing your safety by taking these actions: Limiting interactions during check-in, airing out and disinfecting the unit before your arrival with procedures exceeding CDC guidelines, disinfecting all towels, linens, and blankets before your stay and providing appropriate cleaning and disinfecting supplies for your use during your stay. Papakea never dissapoints.
We spent two weeks in unit J103 and our family had a great time. The main bedroom has a king size bed and lots of closet and drawer space for clothes and personal items. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, perfect for our kids. The kitchen is functional has lots of counter space. We ate outside almost every day on the lenai looking over the putting green, pool and ocean in the near distance. There is a flat screen TV for anybody who needs time out of the sun, and an air conditioning unit that kept the condo cool. We always love staying at Papakea and this unit didn't dissapoint.

A much needed vacation
This was a much needed vacation given the covid dilemma. Overall the unit was great lots of room to relax and the rooms were spacious. Our mother really enjoyed the beautiful view of the coie fish pond and being a very close walk to the warm hot tub and pool. The property was well kept. The property did not have any beach to walk but just a sort walk to the adjacent property there was a good stretch of beach to walk along. The only improvement I could recommend is to state in the listing the actual amount for the resort fee that is charged once checking in. It did state there was a fee but not the actual amount. Overall I would recommend this unit and location.

Everything we needed
Our family had a great time at Papakea. The condo had everything we needed for our stay in the Kaanapali area. There is no beach directly in front of the condo complex, but you can access some a smaller beach directly next to the condos and then the larger Kaanaapali beach and boardwalk in a 10-minute walk. We watched beautiful sunsets and saw whales in the distance and turtles swimming by - all from the seawall / grassy lawn area! It's a nice, quiet condo and a great home base to explore the area.

Beautiful location
Perfect ground level for my 81 year old Mom with mobility issues; peaceful property. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed including a blender! Awesome to have two boogie boards and beach towels and beach chairs to use. We had 7 total people and were very comfortable.

Wonderful Condo - Convenient Location
