Wait until the construction is completed before staying here
The building is under major construction which affected our overall stay. The first floor restaurant and general store were closed and the "gym", while open, was basically a roughed out, windowless room with some equipment in it. Access to the beach and pools are also affected due to the construction.
The Quarterdeck is the only close place open for dinner. The food is very good but it seemed like every time we were there it was karaoke time and it was super loud.
The service elevator was broken so lines for the 2 working elevators got very long at times.
The unit itself was as pictured and had a beautiful view of the beach. It was clean but not super clean like previous reviews stated. The dishwasher was broken and the refrigerator door would randomly pop open. The main bedroom TV did not work and the shower door would not close. Though they were all little things, collectively they were annoying.
The Property Manager's response time to my texts was quick and helpful.
The building managers were also friendly and helpful.
Once the construction is finished it will likely be a nice place to stay but in the meantime I would recommend waiting until it is complete before staying here.
