Secluded 3 bedroom detached house with a stunning view overlooking the Irish Sea.
Located on a quiet country lane with ¾ acre (0.3 hectares), of landscaped gardens on an elevated site. Five minutes walk from a long quiet beach, where seals and dolphins can sometimes be seen from the shore. Please note it is a steep decline/incline to this beach, but there are many other sandy beaches which are located within a short drive from the house, including the beach used in the filming of Saving Private Ryan (Curracloe beach).
The house consists of a main bedroom (en-suite), with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a double and single bed. The third bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a large window with sea views, a wood-burning stove, a TV and DVD. player. There is a large dining room with sea views and a separate kitchen/diner. The front conservatory has comfortable seating and also has wonderful sea views. The side conservatory has a gas barbecue and outside dining is possible with a table and chairs available for when the weather is warm and bright, in what is known as Ireland’s “Sunny South East”.
The garden is securely fenced and is not overlooked. Pets are welcome. The small village of Blackwater with a small supermarket, pubs etc. is two kilometers from the house. Great fishing is available locally, as well as horse-riding stables and Blackwater’s Par 3 golf course. the house is located very close to the beautiful scenic Wexford Walking Trail.
Wexford town is also within an easy commute, with many restaurants, cinemas, an Opera House (which hosts all types of music and performance including Opera), swimming pools, health shops and much more.
