This southwest corner townhouse is ready for you to enjoy with year-round unobstructed sunsets. Amazing views of the ocean, Dallas Road Waterfront Park, kite surfing, paragliding and the Olympic Mountains. Night time star gazing through large skylights and Salish Sea storm watching on the comfy couch in front of the cozy gas fireplace.

QUEEN sized bed (new mattress in fall of 2016) in the private bedroom and queen sized sofa bed in the living room.

*Please note the sofa bed is just that- a sofa bed. It is not the most comfortable and best suited for children. There is also an airbed available in the unit.

Flat screen TV's in both the living room and bedroom equipped with cable TV and Netflix.

Fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge, stove/ oven/ dishwasher/ microwave. In suite washer and dryer.

About Kelly Simpson

We have lived on the property since 2008, originally attracted to the area as avid kite surfers. In our spare time we hang out with with our children- paddle boarding, beach combing, camping, hiking and of course kite surfing!

Our family LOVES the ocean and everything it has to offer. Having easy access to the beach across the street makes for a great playground for our children. We spend a lot of time paddle boarding and the Victoria coastline is perfect for bird watching and there are many unique islands close by to explore. Local pods of Orca whales can be seen out the living room window and feeding at Clover Point.

Whether you enjoy star gazing, sunsets, mountain or ocean views, there is no other property in Victoria that can compete with the views of this townhouse. There is amazing natural light and you feel a part of the outdoors even when you are inside.

Perfect in every way!

We used to live in Victoria, so we know a gem when we see one! The property was very comfortable for our family of four - spacious, bright, clean, and tastefully decorated, not to mention ocean views from all of the windows. The location was unbeatable for all of our favorite things to do: playing on the beach, walking to shops and restaurants in Cook Street village, walking to downtown. Our kids are a little older now, but otherwise the playground in Beacon Hill Park would have been a great attraction within a 5 minute walk. Thank you so much, Kelly and Dave. We hope to stay with you again on our next trip back.

Perfect!

Wish I would have had more time to enjoy all that this rental has to offer. The location is spectacular! Views are amazing and you can easily walk to town via Beacon Hill Park (which in and of itself is beautiful) and see all that the downtown area has to offer. Owners are helpful and seem like really great people. Rental is pet friendly which is important to me. There is an off leash dog area right across the street which is without question one of the coolest off leash areas I have ever seen! Fast internet for those of us that have to work . . . Hard to really express how truly wonderful this rental is. Thank you so much Kelly!

Great location and hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were very accommodating and the condo was nice. We had a toddler with us and it was a great surprise to find some toys and books for her to play with while we were there.

Disappointed

Firstly let me say that the view from this apartment is absolutely amazing. Property is in a really good position for walks right along the sea front. It takes your breath away. However we felt that the property was a little tired. Stains on the stair carpet, bedding which we know had been washed but had marks on the sheets with pillows that were flat. In the bathroom the bathmat was flat and obviously well used. We would have put a towel over it but only had one towel each and a small towel between us. Toiletries were provided but shower gel ran out after our third day. In the living room we had to keep pushing back the couch seats and the cushions, again, were flat. A rug on the floor would also have made it feel more homely. We did not use the kitchen but the fridge was a little grubby. All these things cost little to improve but as regular renters of holiday accommodation we were disappointed as it is attention to detail and a little extra effort which makes you feel you have got good value for money and that the owners care.

Beautiful central location. Very clean, everything we needed was there.

What a lovely place. Gorgeous views of the ocean. Everything was clean, fresh and tidy. We loved being so close to Beacon Hill park. Shops and restaurants were very close by also. We had our dog Piper with us, and she enjoyed the off leash park across the street.

Amazing views of paragliders, kitesurfers and windsurfers from your couch on summer afternoons! Located along the Dallas Road waterfront park only a 5 minute walk to charming Cook street village cafes, restaurants, and specialty shops. A 15 minute walk through beautiful Beacon Hill Park will connect you to downtown Victoria with ample restaurants, museums, shopping, theaters, scooter rentals and whale watching tours. Many visitors also enjoy tours of the renowned Bouchart Gardens and Victoria waterfront.

Nearby children's activities; tide pools at Clover Point, Cook Street Village playground, Beacon Hill petting zoo and playgrounds, Dallas Road and Gonzales beaches.

Plenty of cycling and walking trails out the front door and a bus stop one block away on Dallas Rd. Stay in the neighbourhood and take in the popular waterfront stroll from Ross Bay to Ogden Point Breakwater on the paved walkway.
