Luxury 2 bedroom apartment in Ljuta Kotor With Views Of the bay.

A light and spacious apartment with its own private parking space.It has a separate kitchen and dining room and two en-suite bedrooms with an additional 3rd cloakroom in the hallway. The large living room has three double patio doors which all open out onto a good size balcony with views of the bay. This apartment is fully equipped and has an air-conditioning/heating system and an electronic safe. Ljuta is set in an exclusive part of the bay which catches the sun all day long and the water front has plenty of bathing areas for you to enjoy with purpose built steps taking you into the crystal clear water of the Fjord which is only 30m away from the apartment. It is only 7km from the UNESCO World heritage walled town of Kotor and 6km from Perast. There is a sandy beach just 500 yards away to the left of the apartment , there is also a stunning beach at Drazin Vrt, only 3km with its bar and restaurant,offering beautiful views and idyllic surroundings. Highly recommended!

Obiekt bardzo ładny. Po niemiłym zaskoczeniu - zepsuta klimatyzacja, gospodarz zaraz zadziałał. Doi mieszkania wstawiono dodatkowe wentylatory, zaś klimatyzację błyskawicznie wymieniono na nową. Ekstra działanie. W mieszkaniu wszystko zgodne z opisem. Bardzo chętnie wrócę do Ljuty i jeszcze raz skorzystam z tego apartamentu. Bardzo, bardzo polecam. Ponadto kontakt z właścicielem rewelacyjny.

Tolles Apartment in fantastischer Lage
Wir kommen aus Berlin und waren in der letzten Juliwoche 2022 mit unseren 4 Kindern zwischen 9 und 17 Jahren hier und fanden es großartig. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Atmosphäre, schöne helle klimatisierte Räume, an jedem Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad, ein großer Balkon mit einer phantastischen Sicht auf die Berge und das Wasser. Wir haben es sehr genossen auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, vor allem morgens beim Frühstück und am Abend. Super war auch, dass man in 3 Minuten am Wasser war. Die nahegelegene Bucht war wie ein Swimmingpool mit Übergang ins Meer. Auch die Absprachen mit dem Vermieter und den Verantwortlichen vor Ort liefen zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Wir fühlten und sehr herzlich willkommen und frei. Auch all unsere Kinder waren überwältigt von der außergewöhnlichen Schönheit der Landschaft, der tollen Lage des Apartments und der Stadt Kotor, die man in 10 min mit dem Bus erreicht. Wir können dieses Apartment nur empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an John und Susan Antoniou sowie Anka und Petar! Wir kommen wieder!

Why they chose this property

We bought our apartment due to its stunning location ( Best in the Bay) and the fact that Montenegro is a stunningly beautiful country whether it be coast or mountain.The people are friendly and very family driven. We have always felt very comfortable wandering around and we do not have to worry about our 13 year old taking out our three year old. Montenegro is developing itself without spoiling itself. We love the local produce as it is organic and they aslo produce excellent wines and beer.We bought here because the builder has one of the best reputaions around and the apartment is large and its position in the quiet village of Ljuta excellent It is only 10 mins drive from Kotor and 5 min from Perast. It is an ideal base for familys to relax or explore, we love it!

What makes this property unique

Ljuta is probably the best location according to all the locals and us for the sun and the water. It has very easy access to and from any where, so is ideal for touring, both Montenegro and the surrounding countries. You can enjoy Kotor, Budva, Tivat marina but getting back to the peace and quiet of Ljuta is what we love the most. Ljuta waterfront makes for a very pleasant stroll in the late evening with your family. Ljuta is peaceful and the scenery is simply spectacular, we can go on and on but you need to see for yourselves to actually believe how stunning this place really is!
