Located in the heart of the Tuscany countryside between Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra, the vacation accommodations are convenient for exploring the culture, nature and wine.Monti 1824 is within easy walking distance of Casole d’Elsa ( 1 km away) where you can truly enjoy the town life.
The farmhouse Monti 1824 is composed by 3 apartments and 3 cottages with shared pool.

The concept of a family enviroment is related also to the holiday accommodations:made to be family friendly. The garden is contained and well kept , just the type of place that invites to sit outside to read a book , play games or drink a nice glass of red wine (Chianti of course !).

The panoramic pool (6 m x 12 m) is set in a short distance from the farmhouse, so it is close enough reach by foot , but not too close that the fun and laughter will spill over into the garden. The area lends itself to a fun filled family holiday, especially when you are interested about the local culture, traditions and meeting the Tuscans. Casole d'elsa is just 1 km from the Holiday House ( there is a well mantained path , illuminated at night) and it is a lovely little town with an exceptionally packed social calendar. You will always find concerts , markets , activities and events that will bring you into the authentic atmosphere.

Apartment Mandorlo ( max 8 guests) :

In total is a 100 m² apartment, on ground floor with independent entrance. It is is composed by a large dining area with sofas , fully equipped kitchen ,second smaller kirchen corner, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom + 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with twin beds ,2 bathrooms with wc and shower. In front of Mandorlo, external private terrace with table and chairs and panoramic view. Free wi-fi connection on all ourdoor areas.

1.Check-in guaranteed not before than 16.00h and until 18.00h. In case of delay ,please contact previously the owner.

2.Check out by 9:00 am.

+Heating ( on a pay per use basis) : 1.90 euros per hour. There is a thermostat with hour counter inside the apartment to allow the guests using it when they prefer. Period by law for heating use: 1 st November - 15 April .

+Washing machine: 5 euros / wash

+Extral change of towels and linen ( on request) : 16 euros per person

+Mid- cleaning ( on request) : 50 euros

+Pool towels ( on request) : 5 euros / each .Pool towels are not included in the towel set,so must be booked before the arrival date. If pool towels are not booked in advance we cannot guarantee to provide them.

MANDATORY EXTRA COSTS:

+Pool open from April 1st till October 30th (opening may vary depending on weather conditions). Opening time 8.00 - 19.30 .

+Guests will find only upon arrival a starter kit with some courtesy products to start their stay : toilet paper roll ( 2) , hand soap, some dish soap, a few dishwasher tablets.

-introuduce people not included in the reservation and not recorded as Monti 1824 's guests inside the estate (swimming pool, garden, apartment and parking)
