Hello. I'm Richard Affleck. Thank you for taking a look at my listing. I personally manage all enquires myself and will be delighted to help with any questions you have. So please read on, and I look forward to being of service.

Just a few moments walk to the sea, Footprints Villa is a private, detached 4 bedroom (sleeps 7) contemporary home with its own private pool (warmed pool operates October 1st - 31st May annually). Two double rooms, a twin room and a single. Two bathrooms.

The villa is in the area at the quiet western end of the Pine Walk, set back just 100 metres (2 mins amble)....I'lla D'or Hotel area.

The villa incorporates modern design, with contemporary fixtures & furnishings to provide a very comfortable & relaxing home. A south facing pool, lots of space for sun lovers, outside dining, large BBQ, roof terrace (with double bed lounger and seating) and high-end deck furnishings.

Inside, the fully air-conditioned/heated space includes a huge 40 foot living space, striking kitchen with granite tops Bosch appliances & Kholer fittings (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine. beverage fridge, filter coffee machine).

Villa towels, adult bath robes, beach towels, hair dryers, 600 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding and complimentary toiletries from The White Company of London all supplied.

To be so near the sea, with no need for a car, with a pool and fitted to a high quality modern standard, the villa is ideal to enjoy this popular, family focused holiday destination.

The villa has free high speed 300mb wireless internet and UK TV.

As owner, I handle all enquires personally and provide a direct personal service to all guests, from the first enquiry, through booking and to arrival.

The Villa has a wonderful local English manager who care for all your needs while in residence, and is responsible for cleaning, laundry, pool care, maintenance etc.

As detailed above I have heating for the villa's private pool, thus guaranteeing lovely warm bathing during the cooler months of the year. There is no extra cost to have the pool heated for your stay.

Wonderful week, wonderful villa, wonderful location
Just returned from a wonderful, relaxing week at Footprints and every part of the stay was faultless. Immaculate throughout, the outside area great balance for sun worshippers and those chill in the shade. But, the extra details add up; welcome pack, a full range of spaces, well equipped kitchen, luxurious towels, DVD's for film nights. Yet the best part is the role of Debbie, the Footprints ambassador who met us with a warm welcome, and provided help with suggestions to eat, where to avoid etc. And she even bought a special birthday treat for one of the family. Thank you Debbie!! So, in summary, book this place!

A stylish and very well-equipped villa in a lovely resort
We’ve been visiting Puerto Pollensa since our now adult children were very young; it remains a firm favourite. By way of a family celebration we invited our son, daughter and their partners to stay with us at Footprints Villa. We were all very pleased with the high standard of accommodation and consider it probably the best equipped rental that we have had the pleasure to stay in. The owner Richard provided extremely well thought out and detailed guidance, both regarding the arrival, the resort and the villa. His agent Debbie greeted us shortly after arriving and was excellent, friendly and very proactive at sorting out any minor problems. The villa is extremely well insulated and can be kept cool even in high temperatures, without the need for constant running of air conditioning. We would happily consider a return visit in the future.

Perfect Villa for a Fabulous Holiday
Footprints is a beautiful villa set in a quiet location close to the beach. A very enjoyable 20 minute stroll along the seafront takes you to the centre of town and there several bars and restaurants to pause at along the way. The villa has all the amenities that you could wish for. It is well managed and the local agent, Debbie, is very attentive and quickly resolves any concerns. The communication and information provided by Richard, the owner, is excellent. The delicious welcome pack provided at the villa was a great start to what proved a fabulous holiday.

Perfect holiday villa in a lovely location
We have now stayed in the Footprints or Palms villa quite a few times. We have found the booking process very easy and the villas are locally managed very well. They are both ideal for families, beautifullly furnished and well equipped, while outdoor space is both comfortable and relaxing . The area has a local store within a 10 minute walk that will have everything you need (also serves a lovely breakfast) and within town there are many great food choices. We have already booked our holiday for next year and look forward to going back .

Wheelchair Friendly
This was our second year staying at Richard's villa, it is very hard to find quality accommodation when one of the party is completely wheelchair dependent but this ticks the boxes for what we needed. Communication with both Richard (owner) and Debbie (agent) is excellent, responses are fast and nothing is too much trouble. The villa is furnished to a high standard, well equipped with quality fittings, towels and linen, the beds are comfortable and the pool is warm. The welcome pack is a nice touch with the wine already chilling in the fridge for a much needed pick me up following our flight delay and late arrival. The pool and patio have the sun on them for most of the day but there are shaded areas if required. The villa is in a quiet residential area just a few minutes walk from the Pine Walk, worth mentioning though is that the Pine Walk is crazy paved so totally unsuitable for a wheelchair but the streets and roads around are quiet and accessible. I would recommend this villa to friends and family and we will definitely be back.

Why they chose this property

Why this property? Location! Footprints Villa is so close to the sea and you can walk to it in moments.

It's really close to great places to eat and drink along the famous sea-edge Pine Walk too!

The villa is at the western end of the Pine Walk, so rarely busy, as perfectly distanced from the town but within easy reach on foot.

Set amounts a small gathering of other private homes called Can Singala, it's aspect was also vital in picking the location. It's quiet, safe and freindly.

The private pool is now heated for the cooler months (October-May only) & of course, the sea is very close for a dip, followed by cocktails at the Illa D'or beach bar.

What makes this property unique

It's unique benefits save the location are a great use of space in the design.

Such as the large open plan living space with its glass sliding doors onto the pool deck. 4 bedrooms, set at each end of the villa are uniquely furnished, with great beds & high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets.

To add security, the entire villa is fenced with just one access gate.

Beyond what all guests rightly expect in a villa, I feel an important feature of a holiday home is how it works for families and friends who stay there and thus my focus, from design to operation, is to apply every small detail I can. Holidays must be the best bits of our lives & times together, thus I hope Footprints delivers to all.
