Fantastic Sea and Mountain views

The apartment is set on a hillside with wonderful sea and mountain views. The sun shines on the balcony throughout the day. Amadores beach is just 10 minutes away on the local bus and can be seen from the balcony.There are pools on top of the apartment block with a slide, also pools on the lower levels. Living area has a sofa bed a 32" flat screen Television and a UK internet subscription package with all the best channels to watch.

Nice apartment, incredible views.
Lovely apartment in Playa del Cura. Superb views, great pool area, nice bar, convenient for the local Spar. Walk up the hill a bit of a killer but you get used to it!

Utrolig deilig sted å bo!
For oss er dette den beste plassen vi har bodd på Gran Canaria. Leiligheten har alt en trenger av utstyr, er veldig praktisk, ren og fin. Dobbeltseng og sovesofa er så komfortable og av god kvalitet. Terrassen er utrolig deilig, stor og usjenert (uten innsyn), med en utsikt en aldri blir ferdig med å beundre. Å sitte og spise frokost ute på terrassen i deilig morgensol og se utover Playa Del Cura området, er en drømmestart på dagen. Det som vi også satte stor pris på, var hvor stille Monsenor- komplekset var. Her sover en uforstyrret til forskjell fra de fleste andre hotellene/ leilighetene vi har prøvd på GC. Som eieren av leiligheten, Matthew, sa, - Det eneste 'bråket' en hører om natta er bruset fra bølgene! Apropos Matthew, noen bedre oppfølging gjennom hele prosessen har vi heller ikke opplevd før; så forekommende, hyggelig og hjelpsom! Selv om Playa Del Cura ikke ligger helt i smørøyet, er det kort vei til bussholdeplassene, og det går busser stadig vekk med forbindelse til alle deler av Gran Canaria. For oss var dette en super base som ga oss en perfekt ferie! Både leiligheten, beliggenheten og vertskapet får vår aller beste anbefaling! Stor takk til Matthew og familien!

Great location as a base
Lovely location, in what seems to be a relatively peaceful complex. Maria was there to meet us on arrival and very thorough running through everything as well as being easily contacted when needed. Everything as described and a good spot for ready access to a lovely beach but also near enough to the main roads to make going out for excursions easy; it was useful to have a hire car coming and going due to the location near the top of the hill.

I live in Ireland with my wife,we have been married since 1981 and have 1 son and 1 beautiful grandson.
We have been to Gran Canaria many times over the years since our honeymoon, we just fell in love with the island and the people are so friendly.

Reason for buying in Playa Del Cura: The view is breathtaking.We went in search to buy an apartment in 2005 but just couldn't find anything suitable, and then one day a friend told us of the Monsenor apartments and that was it,from the apartment you could see for miles with nothing blocking your view, just to sit on the balcony and watch the boats go by is a real pleasure.
There's also a nice golf course nearby and a driving range.

Why they chose this property

The main reason for buying the apartment in Playa del Cura was the amazing view & fresh air, no matter where we looked at other apartments something was always blocking the view of the sea. It's just a lovely area.

What makes this property unique

It has a large balcony where you can sit out and enjoy the views.
