Why they chose this property
My wife and I were introduced to Cesme in June 2004 with a view to purchasing a property, it is a charming town and we fell in love with it straight away.
It has great facilities, fantastic beaches, a brand new water park and a new marina which boasts a great range of restaurants and wine bars.
The motorway from Izmir airport to Cesme is just a 50 minute drive.

The property is situated on a quaint hillside with a private pool, which has fantastic views out over Cesme harbour.
It is only a five mintue stroll to the town centre.
You can visit the beautiful towns of Ilica, Alacati, and the fishing village of Dalyan all within 15 mins by car or public transport.
Transport to and from the airport can be arranged for a fee of €80.00
