This luxury spacious villa is accessed by a quiet road and is only 300m (990 feet) away from the sea and beach. The property has recently been updated throughout, inside and outside. Private pool and surrounding garden offer ideal place for relaxing after long day exploring or just to soak in some sun. The property has 2 parking spots in the driveway for guests. The first level of the villa has large living room, dining room, kitchen, piano bar veranda and bathroom. The upper level of villa features 4 bedrooms, one master bedroom, two large bedrooms, master bathroom, and 1 children's room. Children's room and 1 master bedroom have access to large balcony with sea views.
Pool area deck has loungers along with front entrance terrace with table and chairs perfect for summer lunch or romantic candlelight dinner.
As we continually upgrade features we are currently working on adding expanded games area and enhanced pool deck area for 2020 season.

The property is surrounded by forest and Mediterranean flora, creating a relaxing and cooling atmosphere. The property is secured behind gates and has its own water supply. House does have wifi coverage.

Villa in Moroni
We did have a lovely week in morinj however we found the villa a little disappointing on first viewing, it’s very old fashioned inside and the sun loungers very uncomfortable. There’s no freezer (but there is a great little ice maker). All in all however you have to be realistic given the price. The little village has one shop which is very very basic ( rotten fruit and veg, no fresh milk!) so you will need to drive to Risan for half decent provisions. There is a small local, very pebbly beach and a bar which were OK. The highlight for us was visiting Perast , not a huge town but very beautiful. The scenery around the bay is breath taking. Kotor also lovely but very busy. Overall we would say Montenegro is a beautiful country but a little dull. The boat trip arranged by John fell way short of the sales pitch and we were surprised to be joined by him and various friends. One last thing, if you need to cross a border to get into Montenegro (we flew in and out of Dubrovnik) factor in the queues at the borders, 1-2 hours unless you arrive very early in the morning.

Family friendly villa
Great property , very comfortable and spacious. Very private villa off road with the added bonus of having on hand support 24/7. Thanks to Jovica. Perfect situation with local shop/restaurant/beach 5 mins away and as a base to explore places of interest . ( Ferry and New Road nearby) Morinji is known for its best restaurants.

Beautiful house with pool
We had an amazing time renting this house. It is beautifully located and a good starting point for trips around the bay. The house was great and spacious for our two families (six people in total) and perfect with the big garden and pool area for fun and BBQ. The host, John, was really nice and helpful, truly survice minded! We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Villa in schöner Lage
Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut. Ruhig, uneinsehbar, hat eine schöne Größe, fußläufig zum Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurant. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände sind in die Jahre gekommen, das Ambiente ist Geschmackssache, es könnte sauberer sein, funktioniert aber alles und John kümmert sich gut und schnell um die Dinge. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe. Insgesamt ein gutes Haus, das einiges bietet aber auch Defizite hat. Die Fotos sind leider von unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten und veraltet.

Wonderful house in Morinj
We were group of nine (six adults and three children) visited Bay of Boka in May. Communication with the owner prior to our arrival was excellent. The owner (Jovica) collected us from the airport and was available during our stay. The house and the garden (including swimming pool) are really nice and I would highly recommended this place for a holiday.
