A super spacious property set into the hills with fabulous sea views from most rooms in the house. The pool terrace has been created as an enjoyable space with magnificent vista out to sea.

This is a home which gives space to all 10 guests, being approximately 400 square metres arranged on 3 floors. The owners are constantly improving the property and are keen to ensure that your stay is the very best it can be.

The location is close to some of the most authentic, lovely beaches with plenty of restaurants and bars. Nearby are the medieval towns of Begur (with its castle ruins and magnificent views), Old Pals and Peretallada.

Heated pool June to October included in price (subject to minimum 15 degrees centigrade ambient night-time temperature in early/late shoulder seasons). Internet TV including Sky Movies, Sky Sport, Chelsea TV, Netflix and YouTube. Good wifi throughout the house. Centrally-heated in winter.

Entry level: lounge, dining room, cozy den with sofa and TV, modern kitchen, conservatory with dining, bedrooms 1 and 2, and 2 contemporary bathrooms (one ensuite to master with shower and bath and another which has a shower). Access to terrace, pool and barbecue.

Upper level: bedrooms 3 and 4 and modern family bathroom with bath and shower. Private sun terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds.

Lower level: bedroom 5, small table tennis room.

Ground level: Garage for one car, lift and stairs to entry level.

People who come to our house love it for its spaciousness, comfort, peace, privacy and magnificent views. This is a lovely part of Spain to explore - see our Insider's Guide for our top tips. It can be yours - just contact us and let us know when you would like to come. Please note that we can accept short stays of 5 nights and small parties outside of high season. Das Haus, der Blick und die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Nur das 5. Schlafzimmer im Keller ist nicht schön- halt Keller. Schatten gab es im September auch genug und man kann den Esstisch auf der verglasten Terrasse auch super unter die Überdachung bei der Dusche verschieben. Der Pool ist super, sowie der Aufzug für Gepäck und Einkäufe

Heaven on Earth!!
We are regular VRBO travelers and would rate this place as one of the nicest, most comfortable and spacious homes we have stayed in. The views of the Mediterranean are spectacular. The house was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. Communication with both the host and property manager was effortless. We would highly recommend this wonderful house.

Traumurlaubsort für Familien
Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub mit 2 Familien in dem Haus verbracht. Der Ausblick zum Meer ist einfach wundervoll. Wir haben jeden Morgen mit einer Kaffeetasse in der Hand den Sonnenaufgang genossen. Da wir hier Anfang Oktober waren, haben wir uns gefreut, dass der Pool beheizt war und die Heizung funktionierte tadellos, auch spät am Abend war das Wasser genug warm. Die Küche sehr geräumig, alle konnten problemlos bei der Zubereitung mithelfen. Küchenausstattung- super- jede Menge Gläser, Teller, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Schneidebretter usw. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Verwaltung vor Ort - super nett und kompetent. Danke schön

Large well equipped villa in beautiful setting
The villa is spacious with a magnificent view from the pool terrace and lounge. Shade is provided by various trees and later in the day by the villa itself. In September, we had the added bonus of the heated pool. The villa manager was very efficient and we have no hesitation in recommending this property.

We are the Bacon family and we live in Surrey. We simply fell in love with the area around Begur and particularly with the beautiful view from our house. As a family, we have loved exploring all the wonderful beaches within 20 minute's drive, we have got to know Barcelona well from day trips and we have skied in the Pyrenees (Vallter, Nuria, La Molina). We are also familiar with the extensive choice of golf clubs within 20-45 minutes from the house.

Why they chose this property

What we love about the area is the pretty town of Begur with its central square, lots of good restaurants, cafés and boutiques. We enjoy having lunch in some of the restaurants in the pretty fishing villages and beaches nearby - Sa Tuna, Tamaríu, Aigua Blava, Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc. We have also enjoyed adventuring further afield including Dalí's house and museum, Girona (under an hour away) and daytrips across the border to France.

There are plenty of great walks, golf clubs, sailing, diving and cycling possibilities as well as things like the aquatic park and mini golf for the children. And the Catalán food is worth getting to know.

What makes this property unique

We have enjoyed many happy holidays in the villa which is a well-furnished, comfortable, sunny and open space - ideally suited to 2 families. A modern, light and clean kitchen provides a sophisticated and enjoyable place to self-cater. There is also a barbecue area. All 3 bathrooms have recently been completely renovated (2 with bath and shower and one shower room). All bedrooms but one have glass doors which open out on to a view / terrace.

The view from the lounge across the infinity pool and out to sea is spectacular. The conservatory, by the pool, has a large dining table with 10 chairs and 10 sunbeds.
