This exceptional villa was built new in traditional Algarve style. It is open plan, with all rooms having their own patio door access to the pool all on one level affording an idyllic indoor/outdoor life style to unwind and soak up the sun.
The easy access to the A22 motorway allows all Algarve’s appealing entertainments, sport activities and even Spain to be very accessible, all within a 30minute drive.
The villa offers a spacious open plan lounge/dining area with scatter rugs on local terracotta floors, all leading onto a veranda and pool area on one level.
There is free Wi Fi Internet, Satellite TV with free view BBC/SKY, CNN etc., DVD, CD, Hi Fi, a classic guitar is available on request. Log fireplace, ceiling fans, mosquito screens all round plus selection of books and games and a convenient wine bar available on an honesty basis.

The two bedrooms accommodate 4 adults, plus a teenager on a fold out bed and a child in a cot. A highchair is also provided if required. Both bedrooms are ensuite and are very private, situated at opposite ends of the living area, each with own direct patio door access to the pool. They both have climate control air conditioning plus ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds, all with quality posturepedic mattresses. All beds have freshly ironed cotton bed linen.
The two bathrooms are both ensuite and are fully equipped with crisp sundried cotton towels, hairdryer, shower caps and all the usual expendables and there is unlimited hot water. The main ensuite has a washbasin, shower and toilet, while the second has a washbasin, bath/shower, toilet and bidet.
There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with granite tops. Appliances include a fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric fan oven, extractor fan, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, food mixer, juicer etc. A separate scullery/laundry with double sink, dishwasher, washing machine and steam iron, all fully stocked. A beach picnic cool-box is available for your convenience.
There is a large garage/games room below with table tennis, a dartboard and a variety of games, toys and beach gear etc.
A very private medium sized pool with no overlooking houses, pool is “L” shaped surface area of 24sqm ranging 1.2mts to 1.9mts deep and heated by a large solar installation.
Two very spacious sundecks, sun lounger’s umbrellas, tables and chairs for alfresco dining. The west facing sundeck with barbeque is perfect for lazing with sun downers while soaking up the spectacular sunsets.
From the automated entrance gate a pebble driveway leads around to a large shady and secure parking, convenient for handicapped visitors to negotiate the garden, house, pool terraces all on one level free of ramps and riser steps.
A large mature garden with palm trees grass lawns for the children to romp around and some very old oak, olive and carob trees.
CHANGE OVER DAY
The preferred changeover is Thursday but we are flexible whenever dates fit in reasonably with other bookings. To allow for cleaning please vacate by 10am on the day of departure. Occupation on arrival is 2pm, however whenever possible we gladly adjust for earlier or later flights times.
A weekly combined pool and house cleaning service, a full change of linen, fresh cotton bath towels and also pool/beach towels are provided.
The villa is maintained with most usual household expendables all-inclusive at no extra cost. A welcome pack of wine, beer and some fridge essentials is provided to set your holiday off to a good start.
The villa is owner managed, they have over 15 years’ experience in renting their holiday properties. Their guest´s PRIVACY, SAFETY, SECURITY and wellbeing is most important to them and knowing holidays are the most precious times of all, special care is taken to ensure a care free holiday.
Our guest´s privacy being paramount we securely fenced the perimeter of our secluded 3500meters of private land and the entrance gate is fully automated.
Nobody, neither staff or management may enter the property without prior consent from the guests in residence.
Being an approved and licensed holiday property the villa is inspected and conforms to the comfort and safety standards such as:
Power failure warnings plus emergency lighting facility / Gas and Smoke detector alarms in the kitchen area / Strategically placed 2 category Fire Extinguishers plus Fire blanket and luminous Exit signs / First Aid Kit cupboard visible and wall mounted, to which we add extra anti-histamine tablets and creams to instantly reduce discomfort from stings and bites.
With rising unemployment unfortunately nicking to survive is on the increase and to prevent unpleasant break-in intrusions spoiling our guest’s holidays, we have taken pre-emptive action at all our villas by installing a top of the range, easy to operate Securitas Direct Alarm system with added external perimeter and internal intrusion sensor deterrents for the protection of your property whilst you are out and away from your villa.
Conveniently this alarm system also offers EXTRA PEACE OF MIND for emergency instant reaction as it is directly linked via GPS to Police Villa Vigilance Service / The Fire Brigade / Emergency Ambulance with Paramedic Service / Plus a mere touch of a button away from National Emergency Service 112 attention, all of whom readily speak English.
