Beach memories will last forever in this beautiful home! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the colorful bay views from the open front porch. Located on the waterfront at Pot-Nets Bayside, this home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room for great family entertaining. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).

PET POLICY: This home is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on your reservation or call our reservationist.

We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year.

Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat. Average water depth is 4 feet at low tide.

Amazing time!

Definitely want to move to Pot-Nets in the next couple of years. Would highly recommend!

Great water view and kid friendly vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall was a success. This is our second year renting and unfortunately that came with a few hiccups this year. The fans on the porch did not work unlike the neighboring rentals. The dishwasher was also not functional unlike last years rental. The floor was very dirty. We’re at the beach so we didn’t mind but it’s clear by the amount of black dog hair the carpets were not cleaned. In addition, the bottoms of our feet were black at the end of our first day there. Finally it looks like it was our luck we picked the pest control and shrub trimming week. They sprayed pesticides on the outside of the house which wasn’t a big deal but when you bring a pet like we did, makes it a little concerning. The shrub trimming guy was out at 8am one morning with a gas trimmer which woke up both kids. Overall though we enjoyed our stay but wanted to be transparent in some of the disappointments.

Great location and house
Nice layout. House was very nice, great beds, nice appliances and great location. Needs a few things like window curtains in bedrooms 2 and 3, towel bars or rings for bath towels and hand towels by the sinks and dressers in bedrooms 2 and 3. Enjoy stay and golf cart was great.

Guys Golf Weekend and Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: came down with a group of 12 guys for a golf weekend. The accommodations were perfect for our needs, and the location to the golf course and Paradise Grill can't be beaten. All three houses we rented worked out great!
