Beautiful waterfront views, large home - pools, beach, pet friendly!

Nothing soothes the soul like a day at the beach! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the spectacular sunrise and sunset views from the open front porch. Located on the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside, this home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).

PET POLICY: This home is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing your pet with you, please note it on your reservation or call our reservationist.

We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year.

Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat. Average water depth is 4 feet at low tide.

Pot Nets. A great place with great rental homes!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay at the Summer Breeze home in Pot Nets was wonderful. I have stayed in several rental homes in Pot Nets and Summer Breeze is my favorite. I love the view and it is out of the traffic coming toin on the main road into Paradise Grill. A perfect location in my estimation.

Fantastic Wedding Weekend

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 547; Summer Breeze which is right on the marina and directly across from Paradise Grill. The house is pet friendly so my biggest concern was cleanliness. Happy to report my allergies didn't act up at all! No signs of animal smells anywhere. Large kitchen and living room as well as a large master bathroom. Large roofed deck to sit and listen to Paradise Grills entertainment. Kids loved the golf cart, pools and beach. Service was responsive. May be pricey for some but if not well worth the money😊

I do feel that the unit could use a little sprucing upas it's showing its age a little. Fresh paint, new pillows on couch, area rugs cleaned. We will be back but possible to a fresher unit

Gorgeous house, decent location
The house was everything we thought it would be. We absolutely loved it and it was very clean. The community was just ok. We found that there wasn’t much to do with the kids. The pool was nice but it closed at 6. We often weren’t home until 5. and the golf cart was a hit for sure. The “beach” wasn’t nice enough to swim in and the restaurant was really loud with bad music. If I didn’t have the kids with me I’d have been fine. The beaches were really far with traffic in consideration.
