This comfortable efficiency unit with a king sized bed is located right behind the gulf front section of Sugar Beach Condominium. This unit has a 50' Smart T.V. with Free Wi-Fi. It has a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer.
Sugar Beach Condominiums is located right on the beach in beautiful Orange Beach Al. The complex has three pools, a kiddie pool, tennis court and charcoal grills area as well as our gorgeous white beaches will have you coming back year after year!

**Additional Rental Information**

When using a credit/debit card, we charge a 3.5 percent convenience fee on any amount put on a card.

I had to call maintenance due to smoke detector beeping. It was in unit next door and they could not stop it. Tub needs repair.

The property is an older one that needs a lotof care and maintenance…it was very reasonable.
The property needs some repairs. The small studio room was fine for the two of us. We liked the security being at the entrance to the property. Thanks for the pleasant stay.
