This condo stuns as you walk in the front door and catch the view from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Very close to the water. New doors, windows and bamboo floors. New wooden deck furniture. Leather couch. King bed in this one bedroom. Full size Murphy Bed adds comfortable sleeping or lounging area to the living room.. Fully Stocked Kitchen. Linens provided. Dish and laundry soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc provided. Smart TVs. Cable and Wifi. The kidney shaped pool across the street is nice spot to relax or get out of the wind.

Great location right beside beach. Porch is beachfront offering a beautiful view of sunrise
A nice place to stay along beach. The condo is adequate, clean and nicely equipped. Kitchen could use some updating but if you are not too fussy about needing a modern updated kitchen then you will be more than happy with the accomodations.

Horrible experience
We ended up not staying at this property because as soon as we went in and turned the light on we observed a very large cockroach on the stovetop. Then, after looking around the property we realized it was not clean at all. There was dust and the surfaces felt sticky. Also, there was what appeared to be mold growing around the bottom of the shower. The property was just dirty overall and we did not feel comfortable staying there. We ended up having to find a hotel for the night then booked through another rental company the next morning. This property needs a complete overhaul.

What a dump!
This property needs some serious work. And it was filthy, yuk. Dirt, grime, mold, dust everywhere. The floor was sticky and gritty, sweeping didn't help bc so sticky. The shower and shower curtain were moldy. There was almost no silverware and only 1 warped skillet pan to cook with. The bath towels were old mismatched castaways. The place needs an overhaul.

Great location but needs cleaning and maintenance
The guest was friendly, helpful, and the space is in a great location with a fabulous view of the water. However, the space is very dirty and needs a lot of maintenance. The kitchen and bathroom, in particular, were not clean. The shower curtain had mildew all along the bottom and the dishes, coffee maker, and other utensils/equipment in the kitchen were so dirty we did not use them. We also saw two roaches in the house during our stay. We will not stay here in the future and do not recommend it to others.

This new listing is my second condo at Carolina Beach on vrbo. The other one is #660343. Both are nice! I hope to get an equally positive response from guests as with the first property.
I have added some nice elements to this condo like the bamboo floor, murphy bed, new stuff in bathroom, tile on deck etc.

Why they chose this property

I was amazed when I discovered this property. The view is the best and you can feel the energy of the ocean! I like that it has lots of natural light with the big kitchen window opposite the 3 panel glass doors to the deck. This condo is block to the pier. You can take your dog on the beach on the other side of the pier all year long.

What makes this property unique

Sometimes having the first floor level makes all the difference. All those stairs can be a pain!

When your staying as close as you can get to the water, it puts a special smile on your face.

Bright and clean. A lot of natural light. Nice furniture. New Appliances. Bold and New Colors.
