This is a beautiful beach house with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, lanai with table, full kitchen with washer and dryer, new air conditioning, water softener, water dispenser, hot tub, sleeps 8 ( 1 king bed, 1 queen, 4 bunks) beach chairs, beach toys, skin boards, wake boards, knee boards, life jackets, water skis, coolers, cable and internet with wi-fi all the amenities of home, lawn service and outdoor shower. Newly repainted and blinds. 2 security cameras on exterior (doors) for monitoring home when not in use.

Awesome
We absolutely loved the house and neighborhood.And the house had everything you could possible need. It is so well furnished and decorated. The care taker was wonderful and was right on top of things anytime I had a question. We met the owners too and they were awesome. Very friendly and helpful and wanted to know if they could do anything more for us! I highly recommend this home away from home!

South Venice Vacation Rental
This property is a typical three bedroom, two bath ranch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a little smaller than we have seen in some of our Vrbo rentals but not uncomfortably so. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, but there was not much room left for food in the cupboards. The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are no sidewalks so we had to walk in the street, but there was never much traffic so walking always felt safe. The location provides easy access to SR 776, and from there to Jacaranda Blvd, US 41 and I-75, so it is easy to get to local services and attractions. Traffic outside the neighborhood was, however, heravier than we are used to.

Need and clean property in a quiet neighborhood. Had trouble with the TV display and voice out of sync which is frustrating but all in all everything was good.
