Close to Metrotown and Skytrain Station(7-100mins walk), situated in the heart of Burnaby. Quiet residential neighbourhood. Newly built environmentally friendly single house. Owner spare no expense while building this beautiful house.

Our location is suitable for travellers since the transportation system is few minutes walk away; we also provide a dedicated parking spot, suitable for business people as well.

Very comfortable, they give us all the needs
Loved the basement as it’s clean and big enough for 3 people. Location was good as most places were around 20-30 minutes away. I recommend renting it.
