Most amazing, fun, beautiful and relaxing vacation you'll ever have! Landmark Towers is perfectly situated on Sand Key Beach. You'll enjoy the calm atmosphere of being on a private beach and at the same time just a mile away you can be in the fun and excitement of Clearwater. Once you've stayed here you'll be hooked and will want to come back time and time again!

Newly remodeled condo. Enjoy the ocean view as soon you open the front door.

Open kitchen with granite countertops. Walk out onto the balcony with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico through the large sliding doors in the master bedroom or living room. Master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet, full bath and flat screen TV. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and walk in closet. Living room has sofa, love seat and flat screen TV. Second full bath with walk in shower off the hallway.
Dining table on the balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, white sandy beach and pool. The front terrace overlooks the intercostal. Enjoy sunrises as well as the full moon rising over the coast. Cable and WiFi included.

Sand Key is very Private and Tranquil the perfect place to get away and relax and enjoy your beach vacation.

Enjoy the Heated Pool with plenty of seating, tables and lounge chairs along with a therapeutic Hot Tub. Play Shuffle Board and Tennis while enjoying the ocean views. Grill on the Gas or Open Pit BBQ while taking in beautiful sunsets.

Located directly across the street are the Shops of Sand Key that has the famous Columbia Restaurant, Backwaters Pub, Duncan Donuts along with the award winning Breakfast at Maggie Mae’s, Basimo (specialty coffees and organic, healthy breakfast), Ice Cream Shop, Pizza Shop, Clothing, Souvenirs Store and a General Store. Watercolor's Five Star Steak House is adjacent to the Shops of Sand Key.

Walk or take the Jolly Trolley or Florida Free Ride across the Sand Key Bridge into downtown Clearwater Beach where you'll find dozens of restaurants, pubs, night clubs, shops, roof top bars and the famous Pier 60. Enjoy events year round.

Additionally Bush Gardens and Hard Rock Casino is 30 minutes away. Disney is within an hour and 20 minutes.

The condo is gated with 24/7 security guards.

Unfortunately no pets and no smoking are allowed.

Been coming here for 4+ years. The location could not be better. The owners very responsive
We come for 3 months and do not bring our vechile. We enjoy using the Holley trolley which is very affordable. We plan to continue renting in this area

Getaway to Paradise
What a welcome relief from the winter doldrums of the North our stay was. The property is clean, attractively appointed and very convenient to most essential needs as well as a range of restaurants and retail shops. Landmark Towers is a great place to be. In particular, this condo provided a wonderful “base of operations” for us as we went about our daily activities both in and out of the immediate area. Moreover, the owners were wonderful to deal with and were extremely communicative from the time we booked our reservation through the day we assumed occupancy. Diana and Peter were consummate hosts! We are eager to return in the future.
