This beautiful 4 bedroom home is located in Yacht Club, there are many houses for rent in Cape Coral, but the Yacht Club neighborhood is the place to be if you want to be close to the local beach and walking distance to restaurants and downtown night life. From the home it is a 7 min boat ride to open water and a 5 min car ride to the Yacht Club Beach.
The home's main area features an open floor plan, with 2 12 ft. sliders opening to the beautiful patio with new salt water pool and spa. Newly remodeled kitchen, all new stainless appliances, Breakfast bar seats 3, dining area seats 8, 4 bedrooms all with flat screen TV's and dvd players, comfortably sleeps 8,
Relax by the pool or try your luck fishing from the dock in the back yard!

Fine stay.
The property was nice, in a decent part of Cape Coral. However, we did run into some issues with pests, hot tub not working properly, but other than that, we had a nice stay. Would consider staying again.

Pretty decent
Very quiet location. Great communication with property manager. Very nice pool area and backyard. Many beach accessories to use for trips to the beach. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This property waa the perfect size for our family of 6. The kids loved the pool. There was plenty of storage for food/clothes. Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely return.

Great weekend getaway!
This house was perfect for us! Accommodated 8 guests perfectly. We were able to dock our boat in the canal and take it into the ocean easily. Owner was delightful to deal with and extremely helpful.

What makes this property unique

Location, Location ... it's the best, the home has that "old Florida feel" although remodeled, it retains its charm, also beautiful view of canal from the living room.
