Please be advised the main kitchen has a stove that is induction. Only pots and pans that are in the house that can be used. Put pans on then turn on.
In the winter leave thermostat on 59F. Close all windows and doors. Make sure no water is running. Leave garbage in area going to the basement.

Outstanding
We decided on a trip to Hunter Mountain with our family and some of my sons friends. I came across this house and let me tell you the pictures do not do it justice it’s even better in person!! We were beyond happy with the house and the location…. The house was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. So much room for our group of 13 including our golden retriever! The kids and adults loved the game room some adults even had a Pac-Man competition. We will definitely stay at this house again and I would highly recommend it!!

The location and house were great. Did not get a call back from the owner about the hot tub. Property mgr replied slowly.

Brief Ski Trip
From our Group, Pros: It is a really nice, very clean home with lots of games in basement and nice hot tub out on deck. Great gathering place. Would stay again, nice location too. Has lots of room for a big group. The host was very nice and answered all emails immediately. Cons: Heavier fuller curtains in rooms that face the street would be nice. Was concerned with exit door facing street, children can push it open from inside. We had 2 yr old and baby not sure it is conducive for those ages with woodburner and stairways but we managed.
