Perfect Spot! Super clean!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ogden. We worked with the property manager Avid who was the epitome of professionalism and an excellent communicator. I have personally used HomeAway as an owner since 2008 offering a weekly lake house rental here in NH. After my interaction with Avid, I realized that he was doing things that I could incorporate into my own business interactions with my rental clients. Avid sets a very high bar and so does the property. If you are looking for a clean, organized and super comfortable environment for your next trip to the Ogden/SLC area, look no further. Awesome Views, Perfect Location!

This property was really incredible. High end and super clean and comfortable. Location is PERECT for Skiing - close to resorts and downtown. We came out to watch fall colors. There was a group of 6 of us and we were very impressed with this offering. Great back patio w seating and BBQ - nice touch. Killer electronics and cable/wifi included along w Keurig and free K cups when we arrived. The property was also close to Dinosaur park for the kids - basically walking distance to this and great parks. Downtown was 5 minutes from our front door and had great shops and dining. Don't waste time with other properties - this property is an awesome value for what is provided and has all the high end touches. Hope this helps other travelers!

This property went beyond my expectations!

This was the perfect fit for our family and had everything we needed. High end everything, clean, comfortable and convenient access to downtown Ogden as well a Ogden Canyon. Everything was great! Beds were super comfortable. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. Patio was nice and neighborhood was quiet. This was place was bright, spacious, and new - just what we were looking for.

Beautiful Townhome for Easy Access to Skiing, Hiking, Shopping, Downtown

Oh, this was such a spacious, beautiful and well appointed property in a great locatio. Near both resorts (and we traveled to both), plus near to historic 25th street which has a huge selection of eateries (if you plan on not using the kitchen).

The owners thought of so many things for this place - all the furnishings and beds were comfortable, large tv in the family room, 3 bedrooms to choose from, and the master bedroom had an awesome views (all windows do actually) - the owners should make more mention this in their description, as we thought the view was a plus. Kitchen had every appliance and utensil you could possibly need if you're going to use it.

And owner was great - easy to get a hold of too.

Definitely would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet area, or be near the skiing/canyons. We're up in Ogden 1-2x a year, and will definitely be renting this place out again

Perfect Ski Property - Great Location to Resorts

This property is in a great location for skiing at Powder Mountain or Snowbasin. It's only a 15-20 minute drive to the ski areas, and only about 30 minutes from the airport. It's also very convenient to grocery stores and other shopping, including Natural Grocers, Costco, Ski Shops, state liquor/wine stores, etc. We were there over a weekend with another family. The condo itself is very new, high end, and comfortable, with plenty of room for two families (6 people total). The living and dining areas were comfortable and had ample seating. The kitchen was well-appointed, and we were able to cook several very nice meals. The owner was very helpful and check in super easy. Another nice feature was being able to use the attached garage, since we had quite a bit of snow over the weekend. I highly recommend this townhouse. Thank you!
