Sanddollar Oceanfront House South End of Pawleys with Creek Dock

This house has truly become one of the gem's of the South End of Pawleys. Cable TVs in every bedroom and in the living room. Comes equipped with rocking chairs for the screened in porches. Bedroom accommodations include two bedrooms with a king and two bedrooms with two doubles, with a bathroom on either side of the home.

The 5th bedroom includes its own bathroom with a shower, queen size bed, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven along with brand new furniture and decor to make you feel absolutely at home. There is NOT an interior stairwell to this bedroom. Additional amenities include wifi, two outside showers, stairs directly to the beach from the deck, washer/dryer, concrete underneath house for covered parking, and a charcoal grill.

No smoking. No pets.
Weekly rentals ONLY during the summer months
Nightly rentals available during the shoulder season
Please be aware of the no golf cart regulations on the Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hard to understand why there is not a walkway to the downstairs bedroom so that sand is not tracked in every time one enters the room.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Any vacation on Pawleys is wonderful and Tidelife is always so responsive. The house itself had a lot to be desired. Took an hour to get the kitchen in shape to be there two weeks. No rugs in the house so sand everywhere. Just way too much stuff everywhere. TVs were hard to figure out.

I am indescribably disappointed that it is not available for rent for next summer. I have looked unsuccessfully for another location but found nothing with all of the options Thant we have enjoyed. I do want to end on a positive note. Tide life has been amazing! Although I haven’t found another location available when my family wants, I will always check with them when looking for assistance. Thank you, Tidelife, for ALL of you help!

The house was extremely well supplied with anything we needed. Quite honestly, we loved everything about our stay and will be back next year. If you like walking on the beach, spectacular sunrises in front of the house and sunsets on the back. Lastly, the people at TideLife Realty are true professionals and responsive. A++

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: By the time we leave, we will have stayed at the Sand Dollar for 2 months. We are extremely pleased with your stay. It is a beach house with a great location (on the beach) and it was very well supplied with cooking equipment, etc. Our goal was to rent a place on the beach and this was perfect. THe sunrises and sunsets are outstanding and the house was clean I love walking on the beach in the morning and the beach is beautiful. A++++. The real estate firm we used was TideLife and they were very responsive and pleasant to deal. Great people who go out of their way to make sure everything is OK. Very good people and we recommend them strongly. Communication was good but where appropriate. Great restaurant in the area as well. To show what we think of this place, we will be back next Mark for the month and I would recommend this property and real estate company to anyone.
