Location, convenience, walking area all great
First time we stayed here at The Falls. The location is the best in the area. This unit has one bed and one bath but have a little area were an additional bed can be placed. We use it for our son and worked perfect. Laura was great receiving us very late at night since our flight arrival was very late. The parking space of this unit is very close to the access to the elevator. The location allows you to walk to all the restaurants in the DT area. Empress hotel is just around the corner. We will stay here again.

All you can need and more!
Laura has really put a lot of thougt into what her guests could need long and short term! Definitely high end business exec/vacation rental. Perfect location for Harbour, The Empress, Downtown, museums, IMAX buses/boats and seaplanes. Pristine condition, quiet apartment, great amenities...Pool area is perfect after hard day!
Location, location, location!
Close to the water, Beacon Hill Park, downtown shops & restaurants. Immaculately kept property. Fully equipped kitchen and double sink bathroom with awesome shower. The manager (Laura) was super nice and accommodating. We always felt very safe given the superb building security. You must try the patio at the "The Local" for great eats and drinks.

Clean and cozy condo, close to everything!
The condo is really great and had everything we needed. The building is very quiet and the comfortable beds made for a great sleep. There are a lot of amenities around the condo as well; we didn't spend a dime on taxi's since everything was easily in walking distance.
Clean, Quiet and Great Location (Highly Recommend)
We stayed at Laura's condo on the September long weekend. Laura was very responsive to our texts and dependable for the check-in meet. The unit is stocked with a healthy supply of coffee, tea and sugar. Laura also took the time to send us a very detailed list of recommended restaurants in the neighbourhood.
The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. Not a lot of nick-knacks just a few interesting décor pieces thoughtfully placed around the unit which left lots of free space for our stuff. All of the furniture was comfortable and functional and nothing in the unit looked worn or was broken. Wifi was extremely strong and fast.
This unit is inward facing rather than street facing which makes a huge difference in sound but lacks any kind of view from the living room and bedroom. Although, if weather permits the balcony has a cute table and chairs that do overlook the building's small Koi pond. We have stayed in street facing units in this building before and the street noise is very loud and starts about 6:30 - 7am. We didn't feel we were missing anything in the lack of a view since we were out and about all day and dining out most evenings.
The unit has a very small den with just enough room for its small, single bed and small side-table. We did not use this room and because of this additional room we found the unit just a touch too big for us, but we knew this going in. Perfect space for a couple with a child.
This unit is very close to the building's secure pool and hot tub.
Location can't be beat. The unit comes with a parking stall in a secured parkade but we found it easier to just walk to our destinations (Inner Harbour, museum, Craigdarroch castle, Fan Tan Alley) and lots of choices for dining.
The only thing that crossed my mind during our stay was recycling. The building has a great recycling program but there is nothing in the unit to help you sort your composting, recycling, and garbage so unfortunately everything went in the trash. Some small recycling bins that match the building's sorting bins (bottles, paper/cardboard,food waste) would be nice in the unit.
We would stay here again and recommend the unit to others.
