Nice and comfortable 2br 2.5b apt. Two self contained units with Full baths and New Cable Tvs. This is a fairly new construction, gated backyard, furnished. Complete with granite counters. new appliances, w/d. 3 TVs with cable in 2 rooms and Living room. Close to downtown and monuments. Choice of Restaurants at walking distance. Near Shaw, U street and Rhode Island ave metros and bus stops. Very spacious. Easily sleeps 6 or more with extra air materess if needed. 1200sqft. This property is in Ledroit Park which is one of Washington DC's most sort out neighborhoods to live. Neighborhood has beautiful historic buildings. Restaurants, Bars, grocery, museums, shops are all walking distance or relatively close. The Metro stop is only a few blocks away and a bus stop in front takes you into the City. Taxis, Uber, Lyft are easy and within minutes.

Off Street parking is gated with auto gate opener. Also comes with parking pass for street parking. PARKING request has to made at time of booking. Short walk to Metro Train, 2.5 baths for 2 adults, 2 teenage girls, safe neighborhood

Lower level condo (windows at ground level). Tended to be a bit cool temperature wise (March) but just bumped up the thermostat a bit to be comfortable. Tile floors throughout, so slippers or thick socks recommended. Both queen beds were comfortable. Loved having 2.5 baths for 2 adults and 2 teenage daughters. Metro train stop was probably a 7 minute walk. Bus stop was right around the corner. Host was usually very prompt to respond to email questions. Kitchen adequately stocked for the little cooking we did (breakfast). Was willing to accommodate requests to check in a bit early and check out a bit later to more closely align with flight schedules. Coordinated with another tenant arriving same day as our departure to give us an extra hour past checkout time. THANK YOU for that! Had some noise from upper floor (child running, chairs being scooted around) but over all a comfortable place close to all of downtown attractions (15 min by train) in a safe neighborhood with an attentive host. Would recommend.

Peter was very responsive and the condo was perfect for my family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. We were able to eat breakfast there each morning before heading out to visit the sights. Everything we could have needed and more.

A nice stay...convenient to DC, Alexandria, and Baltimore ...if trying to do it all!

First let me say that working with Peter was very effortless, he was responsive and easy to reach. The condo was clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space to be comfortable and 2.5 baths was a huge bonus! The secured parking in the back was nice (small car would make easier and we recommend backing in down the alley) and is a rare find, and if needed they provide a street parking pass - and hints of when car needs to be moved :) While we did bring our own coffee, tea, etc. - the owners had left some to be enjoyed if we hadn't. I'm rating it 4 stars instead of 5 because of a couple of issues that are smaller - and after bringing to the attention of Peter - he said he will have cleaners address after our departure: Being in the basement may be part of the issue - but there is mold in the bathrooms - in grout of shower area. The towel racks that are behind/over the commodes are wobbly and make you feel like they'll tumble over and would secure or replace. There is some wear/stains showing on the upholstered furniture and it would be nice to have a chair in the bedrooms. I would recommend filling in the picture hook holes/painting the walls where there are patches for a more finished experience. Also there are only 2 wine glasses, I would recommend a minimum of 4, there are plenty of other glasses - so used those. While we didn't cook in the condo, it seemed like most everything you would want is there. It's within walking distance to the metrorail, restaurants, and more. We found the neighborhood to be nice, next door neighbor even helped us find the parking out back. The block or two over is in middle of renovation - but so is most of DC! All in all, my husband, I, and our 2 college age children enjoyed our stay! Peter - thanks again and especially for the parking hints (Back and front).

Nice Remodeled Property close to DC National Mall

This is a ground level unit that is close to local restaurants and bars. There is off street parking in the rear of the unit. This unit is a remodeled apartment with direct access to the outdoors from the unit. Easy check-in and check-out.
