Owner has the right to enter the property w 24 hr notice for repairs and/or inspection as well as, to show unit to prospective tenants while occupied w a courtesy notice & request to guest.
The only guests/tenants allowed to occupy property are those forwarded to the owner & HOA (due to R & R) in advance & agreed to by both parties.
Any violations of the contract and/or HOA R & R 's can/ will result in STRICT loss of damage / security deposit and/or eviction from property.
