EDM 1-402 is a beautiful two bedroom, two bath penthouse condo located on the 4th floor at Estrella del Mar. Located in the center building, w/views, which look over this wonderful, mostly American & Canadian community. Gaze out over the beautiful Pacific Ocean, beach, polapas, and swimming pool, while sipping margaritas and relaxing on the deck. The 3.5 mile stretch of private beach, offers incredible walks and never fails to produce abundant waterfowl, sea animals, shells & beautiful sunsets. Looking out of the rear of the unit, you'll see the incredibly beautiful Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course. You will be blown away by the greens along the ocean, mountain vista views & challenging play at this top PGA golf course on the Pacific Ocean.

EDM 402 has a full kitchen w/stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishes, pots/pans and everything else you will need to make your stay comfortable. There is a water cooler provided, with bottled water available for your convenience, though, EDM boasts a state of the art private water treatment facility on site, which exceeds USDA specifications (so feel free to drink the water). Dining is provided at the the dining room table, kitchen bar or the outside dining table on the balcony. A gas BBQ is also provided, for grilling up fresh meats & seafood which are available from the local villages and of Stone Island.

The master suite includes a King Bed & suite shower, vanity, water closet and walk in closet. The master opens onto the deck through a sliding door and screen. It's great to keep this door open for the breeze & sounds from the ocean, offering a great night sleep. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and adjacent bathroom (which is shared with the main area of the unit).

LCD TV (US & Canadian staions) are provided as is a DVD player & stereo for entertainment. A lending library, is also provided in the lobby in case you need another book to read. A beautiful, beach front, infinity pool awaits, for daily lounging and play, which includes a childrens pool, for wading and splashing. The hot tub is another beautiful area to enjoy evening cocktails at the end of the day.

Estrella Del Mar is located 10 minutes from General Rafael Buelna International Airport ,on three miles of private beach and adjacent to another five miles of undeveloped beach front. It is quiet and pristine with no vehicle traffic allowed on the EDM beaches, which are designated as a International Turtle Sanctuary. The Trent Jones Jr. designed Golf Course offers a unique experience to play along the beautiful beaches of the Pacific Ocean at EDM.

Las Villas hotel offers a full spa experience complete with massages, facials, steam rooms and more. Two wonderful restaurants, Las Delphinas and La Papaloma offer unique cuisine and wonderful margaritas!

During the Winter season, dolphins are seen playing in the ocean waves (which can be seen from the deck) and whales migrated to their breeding grounds north of Mazatlan. Estrella Del Mar also offers some of incredible bird watching throughout the resort with water features attracting birds from around the area.

Don't miss the onsite Turtle Sanctuary and hatching site. As one of the most successful turtle sanctuaries in the world, over 200,000 turtle eggs are collected on the beaches each year, incubated and released back into to the beaches at EDM. Don't miss the opportunity to release these newborns back into the ocean at sunset (while in season).

Stone Island is a short drive away with colorful, local, open aired, restaurants on the beach. From fresh shrimp to ceviches and locally caught fish, Stone Island is an experience in local culture and cuisine complete with a water taxi to take you to Mazatlan.
