This amazing condo is situated perfectly for an amazing vacation in Traverse City!
**Upgraded with a brand new King Bed Oct 2022 **
-Free parking in the Old Town Parking Garage with stays through 2022. **Starting 2023 we can no longer purchase passes for guest use. The cost is $30 for a full month so it makes sense to buy even for the weekend. We have adjusted our nightly rates down to offset the $30. If you have any questions just reach out. There is a link to purchase on line. Search Traverse City parking garage permits. Or please reach out with questons prior to your stay.

- A short walk to everything Downtown TC has to offer. We will have 2 bikes upon request as well.

This property is great for a single person, a couple or a couple and family. Please plan on being respectful to our neighbors/friends in the neighboring units as some units are permanent residences.

Great location and stay.
We really enjoyed the condo. The location was a few blocks from downtown. Parking was in a parking garage close by and the parking passes were easy to use. Entrance to the condo was easy access. You can pull your vehicle close to the door to unload and load your belongings. There are 15 steps to go up as soon as you open the door. We found the condo cozy for 2 people. It's very clean. There is no view from any of the windows. We had a problem with the oven not working bc of an earlier power outage. We goggled the error code and were able to resolve the issue. We messaged the owners and they responded right away but were unsure how to help us as this hadn't happened before. We found we bumped our heads on the fan over the stove a number of times. You'd think since we did that once we wouldn't do it again, but we did. The new king mattress was comfy. We slept great. The amenities were basic. Bring oil, butter, milk, condiments if you plan on eating in. Plates, glasses and mugs, 4 ea, were also limited . There is a small dishwasher but found we hand washed the dishes so we didn't run out. Lighting is a bit on the dim side. There was lots of bedding, towels, toilet paper, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Check in and out was extremely easy. Would stay here again.

Great Walkable Location
The property was very clean, well maintained and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Be aware that parking is not on site, but still very close. The cost depends on the length of your stay, but if you are going to be staying a few days, your best option is to get a month long permit for $30.

AMAZING PROPERTY
The property is wonderful. The owners are very responsive and kind. Everything is comfortable and clean. So close to downtown you can walk everywhere. Highly recommend this property.

Cozy Comfort
We were in town for a robotics competition and did not have much time to explore, but from previous experiences, it is an excellent location. There is lots of great food options near by and Front street is a short walk away. My daughter said the pull out couch was comfortable. It was spacious enough for the 3 of us. Since it is on the second floor there is no foot traffic above, which is a big bonus for us, and the reason we like VRBOs as a general rule. Would stay again when in town.

Great place!
We stayed in Traverse City for a quick getaway, and we had the best time! The condo was well-kept and comfortable, and with everything being so walkable it was such a nice mini vacation. Would definitely book again!

My husband and I love living in Traverse City. We both grew up in Michigan. I am from the Upper Peninsula (Marquette) and he is from the Lower Peninsula (Bad Axe). We met in Traverse City and this has been our home since 2005. We have 2 little kids and love being able to experience this amazing city with them!

We purchased this condo so friends, family and others would have an affordable but luxurious place to stay while they are visiting Traverse City. The vibe of downtown Traverse City is like no other and we want to share it with everyone.

What makes this property unique

The benefits of this property are location, location, location. Step right out your door and you are already in the downtown area. No need for taxis and/or driving around trying to find parking. You will be able to walk to everything. If you don't feel like walking, we have two cruiser bikes available so you can have fun riding. With so much to do from Cherry Festival or the Film Festival or maybe Friday Night Live, this condo puts you in the heart of it all.
