Welcome to 8054 Meadowridge! Located in the Ski-In/Walk-Out section of The Villages, our condo is in a great location to enjoy all of the amenities 7 Springs has to offer, regardless of which season you plan your stay.
We want to keep this description short, sweet, and focused on info that pertains mostly to our unit and what we have to offer. For our guests that are unfamiliar with 7 Springs Resort, please check out their website. They do a much better job letting you know what is available on resort and in the surrounding area. You’ll notice that our rates are typically 30%-50% lower than when you book through the resort.
We purchased our condo in August 2015, and immediately began renovations which we completed in October 2015. Upgrades include new flooring, furniture, and electronics throughout. Take a look at the pictures!
Our unit sleeps 8: We have (1) Queen bed in the master, (1) Full bed in our second bedroom, (2) twin beds in our third bedroom/loft area, and a pull out, memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room.
We arranged the large master suite as a “getaway” from the rest of the unit. Features include a queen bed, comfortable chair and ottoman with reading lamp, flat screen television that can be turned to face the bed or sitting area, chair and desk for your laptop, large closet, and private bath with jetted tub (very relaxing after a long day on the slopes!).
The second bedroom is perfect for guests and features a full bed, sitting area, 2 large closets, television, and full bath that is shared with the common area.
The third bedroom/loft area was design for the kids. We have 12 and 15 year old boys that LOVE having their own space to hang out with their friends. There are 2 twin beds, a Foosball table, large TV that they can hook their video games up to (AV Input), and a dresser.
The living room is a great space for brining everyone together. Almost everything in here is new: leather sectional that can seat the whole crowd, flat screen TV, and stereo system. Just off the living room is a balcony where you can see the Ski-In slope that comes to our unit.
The kitchen/dining area has a table that seats 6, and a breakfast area that seats 2. We try to keep our kitchen stocked with plenty of items that you wouldn’t want to bring from home. All dishes, pots and pans, utensils, paper towels, dish towels, soap, dishwasher tabs, condiments, seasonings, cooking spray, etc. are all available to you.
Miscellaneous info: if you bring your owns skis/boards, we have a ski locker right outside the front door that you are welcome to use. The front door is accessed with a personal 4 digit code (no more lost keys or keycards!). We do provide free Wifi; the password will be included with you check in information. All towels and linens will be provided for you. There is a washer and dryer in the unit with plenty of detergent. We keep shampoo and body wash in the showers.
Our condo is in the Meadowridge community, which offers Ski In/Walk Out access to the slopes via the "Village Trail Extension" slope. What this means: they put in an extension that allows you to ski down to our unit when there's natural snow, but the trail does not meet back up with the rest of the mountain; its sole purpose is to allow you to ski back to a condo. To ski down to a lift, you will have to walk to the edge of our community and hop on the "Village Trail". Not a terrible walk: it's about 250 yards, but it is a bit of an upward stroll. You could also hop on the shuttle to the lodge, which stops just outside our unit.
