Relax in front of the 60" flat screen TV and prepare a drink at the bar featuring beautiful logs and granite counters.

As you enter into this beautiful home, you immediately appreciate the vast floor plan and living room with a unique rock wood burning fireplace, large windows, high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. The dining area overlooks the lake and has plenty of seating for a nice meal.  The kitchen boasts expansive granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, TV with cable, and seating at the large island. A dining area with corner gas fireplace makes it perfect for cooking and visiting with family and friends.

The propane grill is just steps away on the back deck with outdoor seating. Just off the kitchen is a bathroom with a large shower and bonus room with a pool table, flat screen Smart TV with cable and DVD, fireplace inspired heater and comfortable leather sectional sofa.  Front loading washer and dryer is provided and great for longer stays in this big bear cabin.

Upstairs you will feel like the home goes on forever.  A fabulous master suite has a private deck overlooking the lake, gas fireplace, Smart TV with cable, king bed and private 3/4 bathroom with double copper bowl sinks.  Down the short hall is a bright full bathroom and pleasant bedroom with a queen bed and Smart TV.  Next you will enter a nice office space convenient for a laptop, or bring your favorite book to relax and read. The family room will make you feel like you are in a cabin in the woods with it's wood burning stove style fireplace, log accents, and gorgeous bar with full logs, granite counters and small fridge.  The 60" flat screen with cable and DVD is ready for a day of watching sports or a movie.

Get a good night's sleep in one of the four bedrooms off this wing of the house.  The first bedroom has a king bed and Smart TV.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and Smart TV with DVD.  The third bedroom has a queen bed and Smart TV.  And the last bedroom has a twin over full bunk, and full over full bunk.  6 bedrooms in all!

This home offers the luxury of a new construction with the feel of a mountain cabin.  You will find log wood trim throughout the house, vaulted ceilings, wood floors, central heat and a fenced back yard.  Sit back and relax in the outdoor hot tub and enjoy the mountains and lake in style!

Lake levels vary throughout the year and boat docks availability is not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. Destination Big Bear is not responsible for the level of water in the lake during the course of guest's stay. Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
