Lakefront Manor is located in the highly desirable area of Eagle Point, which is just a short drive to the Village and to the slopes! Anything you'll want to do in Big Bear is less than five minutes by car.   Enjoy lakeside living at it's finest. The flat yard is manicured with a fenced area for small kids and pets and boasts spectacular views and almost 15,000 square feet of outdoor play space.

This multi-level home boasts views from almost every uniquely decorated room plus three spacious decks overlooking the lake.

The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan with a great room allows for you and your family/friends to enjoy being together in one room.  Have some fun playing a game of poker, roulette or craps at the interchangeable bar and table. Chess and board games are available or just sit back and relax while you watch TV Flat Screen TV with cable and DVD player. A wood burning fireplace will keep you toasty after a day of mountain fun.

The kitchen features granite counter tops, pantry, slate flooring, stainless steel JennAir appliances and upgraded finishes. There is plenty of counter space with a gas burning stove facing the views and living area.

The large game room features a pool and Foosball table, flat screen TV and DVD player. Or sit back and relax in the hot tub located just outside with breathtaking views.

The master bedroom has it's own gas fireplace, private bathroom and flat screen TV with DVD player.  Three more bedrooms ensure plenty of sleeping room plus additional accommodations on the living or game room sofas.

Note: Children's play equipment belongs to the neighbor.  Not for tenant use.  No dock available.

DO NOT MOVE THE POOL TABLE! IF YOU MOVE THE POOL TABLE, your full deposit will be forfeited and any amounts over that for additional repairs. 

Dock is available at local marina. Non-motorized watercraft launching only from shoreline.

Lake levels vary throughout the year and boat docks availability is not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. Destination Big Bear is not responsible for the level of water in the lake during the course of guest's stay. Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY:
Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
