About Debbie

The owners of Lola (and her cousins Betty, Sheila & Roxy and her big brother Tigh Shebeen) were both born into career military families. As a result, world travel is stamped into their genetic material. When Park City came onto their radar back in 1997, they knew they needed to put down roots. Those roots became permanent when they acquired Tigh Shebeen and made Park City their full time residence. They now manage all their properties (one house and 5 condos) locally. And, lucky you, they're willing to share. Tigh Shebeen is available to rent at select times throughout the year.

Debbie purchased this townhome in 2015

Why Debbie chose Park City

Always trying to get closer to the mountain!

What makes this townhome unique

It's a short walk to the mountain! Just yards from the front door (all uphill of course)!

Lola has a comfortable atmosphere, newly renovated, plenty of space for everyone and a hot tub on your own deck.

Nice place but inconvenient for us

  • 4 of 5

Thought it was skin in ski out, that was my mistake. Skin in if you know the trail but not ski out.

the share toilet tub next to master and second bedroom not much to my taste.

the set up of the complex not as enjoyable as I thought. Did enjoy the deck Jacuzzi though.

Also would be nice to set a sign on the street with the Hidden Creek townhouse name on it. Even my GPS got lost. Over all a good location for family of 4 and more but not for 2 bachelors.

Great Family Ski Condo

We had a great long weekend. The condo had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub on the deck. The condo was clean and beds/linens were comfortable. Debbie and Rod were helpful and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Overall a great experience

Nice location and a hassle free experience. The private hot tub on the deck was a big plus and the view of the mountain was very nice as well.

Great location, beautiful condo, and wonderful recommendations!

  • 5 of 5

This condo was absolutely perfect for my husband's 30th birthday celebration! We had 2 couples staying here, and the kitchen and entertaining space is very large and comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level. The bedroom with the king bed has a bathroom attached, and the other full bathroom is upstairs. Debbie was so helpful in planning our stay, and gave us wonderful recommendations on restaurants, things to do, as well as grocery services. The condo is easily walkable to both the Cabriolet (downhill) as well as the Canyons base with the Orange Bubble Express lift as well as the Red Pine Gondola (uphill). We could not have been more pleased, and when we come back to Park City we will definitely stay here again!

Vail Resorts has linked two of North America’s greatest ski areas – the new Quicksilver Gondola connects Park City and Canyons creating America’s largest ski resort with 7,300 skiable acres. Improvements include: the brand new Miners Camp restaurant. Renovations of Summit House and Red Pine restaurants. Increased snowmaking on Iron Mountain and trail widening on Chicane.

Canyons Village is the first base area to welcome you to Park City. This family style, guest centric village offers world class accommodations, plays host to a variety of events and also provides direct access to the Orange Bubble Express, the country’s only heated chairlift. All this just 4 miles from historic Main Street Park City.

Canyons Village provides easy access to Utah’s legendary powder. Accessibility from lodging to lifts, ski school and other guest services provide an easy, family friendly guest experience.

For those who don’t own an Epic Pass, don’t wait in line at the ticket window, buy our EpicDay Lift Tickets online in advance, to guarantee the lowest price on your lift tickets. Our Canyons Village ticket offices are located at Base Camp at the bottom of the Cabriolet and in the Village next to the fire pits for your in-person purchases.

Surrounding the Canyons Village courtyard, many specialty ski stores and other retail outlets warmly welcome visitors. One Sweet Ride and Canyons Mountain Sports are two well-known ski and snowboard shops that have everything gear related one would need for vacation in the mountains.

The Farm, One of “Utah’s Top 10” restaurants located in Canyons Village offers fresh, farm to table ingredients along with an award winning wine list to accompany. In the morning, fuel the day with coffee and a breakfast burrito from Murdock’s Café. When the weather warms, try lunch at Red Tail Grill with their outdoor deck overlooking the ski beach.

If you’re not comfortable driving in winter conditions, we recommend you take Park City’s free, bio-diesel, ski-friendly public transportation system. Read more or download Park City Bus Maps. That said, there are temptations. Deer Valley is just a few minutes away by car or the free Park City shuttle bus.
