Penthouse floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath on Smokehouse Bay. Sleeps 6.

Top floor center unit. Master bedroom suite with queen bed. Master bath has two sinks, separate tub and shower, separate commode. Walk-in closet. First guest room has a queen bed; second guest room has 2 twin beds. Guest bedrooms share a 3/4 bath (shower/sink/commode). Full kitchen, screened in lanai with outdoor furniture, one inside parking garage space.

Common area includes heated pool, hot tub, cabana and dock.

Small condo association (only 18 units).

If you love Southwest Florida, but don't want the daily hustle and bustle of Naples, Marco Island is for you! Walking distance to Esplanade (4 buildings away on east side of Smokehouse Bay), Mango's, other restaurants and local bars. Close to Collier Boulevard, McDonald's, Winn Dixie (grocery store), Rose Marina (Marco Princess dinner cruise/boat rentals/fishing charters) and many other restaurants and shops. Downtown Naples is ~30 minutes north of Marco Island.

The travel site calls Marco Island "the jewel of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands."

The Collier County island beat out Hawaiian islands, Maui and Kauai as well as the infamous Key West.

No smoking and no pets. If there is evidence of smoking or pets, you will forfeit the entire damage deposit.
Any evidence of smoking or pets will result in the forfeiture of the $500 damage deposit plus any additional costs required to remedy/repair/replace damaged contents (carpet, furniture, etc).

This is the tower unit that has 12 condo units. There are also six Villa units located on the property for a total of 18 condos. Centrally located, close to the Esplanade, Tigertail Beach and Collier Boulevard (McDonald's, Winn Dixie, many other restaurants, etc). One covered parking space in the master garage. Take the elevator or stairs to the unit. "Best view on the Island" (or so I've been told).
