We are excited to announce that the Woodrun Lodge pool and hot tub will be undergoing a full renovation project this coming Spring. We anticipate that these facilities will not be available for guest use between May and June 2024, although dates for the duration of this work may vary. Please review the Things to Know section or ask our Guest Services team for further information.

About the Home

Woodrun Lodge #211 is a two-bedroom plus den, two-bathroom condo located in one of the most desired ski-in/ski-out locations on Blackcomb Mountain near Upper Village. The unit features a full kitchen, modern bathrooms, and plenty of space for families or small groups to enjoy.

• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market
• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.
• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop

Ski Access

Woodrun Lodge gives direct access to Merlin’s ski run at the rear of the property. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March, however is subject to weather conditions. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels shortly before arrival upon request.

The Woodrun Lodge

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

Things to Know

No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
Pool & hot tub hours. The pool and hot tub are open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days per week.
Pool and hot tub area construction. The Woodrun pool and hot tub facilities will be undergoing a full renovation project. We anticipate that these facilities will not be available for guest use between May and June 2024. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.

Great location. Nice apartment. Was missing tin foil/saran wrap which some units do have. No bar be que on the property though. Overall excellent. We had a good stay!

Great space!
Excellent space for families! Unit is above lobby area so don’t have to worry about toddler running around and bedrooms are away from living room which is great for early kid bedtimes. Kitchen was well stocked and the unit was very clean. Only downside is it was very hot in the bunk bed room as there are no windows, but we were there during some hot days which didn’t help. Bring some extra fans and you’ll be fine :). Would definitely stay again!

The only thing that I did not like was the fact that the kitchen sink looked like someone had vomited in it when we first got there. We called the front desk and they sent up a plumber. He couldn’t do it so they called in another plumber the next morning. He fixed it. I called to ask them if we could have some compensation for not having a kitchen sink from 4 pm until 10 am and had to do our dishes for a family of six in the bathroom. We were told that they would have to have a meeting about it. That’s the last we heard about it. I did feel that we should have had some compensation for that inconvenience. However, I did enjoy the building, the rooms, the location and the amenities. We would stay there again.

Great condo
We stayed with our 4 kids age 9 and under. It was a great condo for traveling with kids. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need. Would stay again.
