Hyde Park Home - Great Location

Our house has three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 - King size bed, private bath, flat screen TV.

Bedroom 2 - One Queen size bed, and One Twin bed
shares a bathroom with Bedroom three

Bedroom 3 has full bed, small room and shares bathroom.

We are only one block from Hyde Park square with lots of great restaurants, bars, shopping, great bakery, coffee shop and palates/yoga.

One block to a small shopping area, Rookwood Commons. Downtown in only 10 minutes away and easy to get around. Xavier University is only 5 min drive and University of Cincinnati is 10 min. Cincinnati Zoo is very nice and only 10 min. Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky (CVG) airport is about a 25 min drive. We are 7 houses away from the bus stop which easily gets you downtown.

The neighborhood is safe with of lots of walkers and runners. You are welcome to hang out on the outside patio or front porch.

Fantastic Weekend Stay
Beautiful house in Hyde Park, conveniently located to many things and central to the city. Communication with the owner was outstanding and the home is exactly as advertised. Our entire group (5 adults) was very happy with this property and we highly recommend.

Lovely vintage home in Cincinnati's Hyde Park neighborhood
Our family of six had a very comfortable stay at Connie's home over the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was roomy and we found the living area a great place to congregate, visit and watch football games on the wide screen TV. The kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't cook the Thanksgiving dinner, but ate at a relative's a couple of miles away. There was plenty of parking and we were close to restaurants and a well used walking trail. The day we arrived, we heard a smoke alarm chirping and Connie came over right away and fixed the problem. The noise was coming from an alarm on the third floor! The backyard looked inviting although it wasn't the season for sitting on the deck. If you come in the winter, pack a sweater. All the big windows let in a lot of light, but are also hard to insulate.We visit Cincinnati twice a year and would certainly return for a stay at Connie's.

Great location and property
This is a great house in a great location. Easy walk to Rookwood and Hyde Park Square. Nice front and rear porches, comfortable beds. We had a great stay and hope to be back.
