Six tennis courts, three pools and lots of barbecues for fun and entertaining. Big lanai and extra corner windows for sea breeze. Enjoy the tropical splendor of the rolling greens and lush landscape, palm trees and swimming pool. You can simply walk to everything from here. Swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, stand-up paddle board, surfing, wind-surfing, mopeds, shopping and restaurants are all at your fingertips. You will love south Kihei and how easy it is to get to other parts of the island. The south shore is where it's at!

Fantastic condo in a perfect location

The condo is set in a 3 building complex right off South Kihei Road. The location is perfect, as it's proximity to Kamole 1, Charlie Young, and shops and stores is perfect. The condo itself is nicely decorated, and furnished. It has everything you need for the beach in the hall closet (beach chairs, towels, coolers, umbrella). Mark was very accommodating to us. The condo is close to the building BBQs, and has a lovely view from the spacious lanai. It is also very close to the building pool. We will definitely be booking this condo again, if it's available. Oh, and the air flow is so nice from the lanai to the bedroom, that we only had to use the bedroom ac unit a couple of times. We didn't use the living room ac unit once. We stayed for 12 days arriving on the 10th of February, 2018

First time on Maui .MV3113 was a great choice.

The property is clean and well kept.Lots of beautiful colours.Water view .The palms are tall and healthy .The grounds are well kept lawns are cut and the bbq areas are very clean .Every day the caretakers are there washing , cleaning cutting sweeping .I would definitely recommend Maui Vista .The Charley Young beach is across the S.Kihei rd and the sand is silky smooth .

Amazing location and property

We spent over 2 weeks here with our 2 year old son. This unit is very well kept and has a lovely quiet location in the building. We enjoyed all of the beaches and amenities close by.

There is a/c in the bedroom and living room which makes this unit very comfortable.

We would highly recommend this unit and would definitely come back in the future!

Very clean unit with added bonus of lots of beach toys, including boogie boards. Within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and great beaches. Would stay here again!

My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon on Maui and our stay in Mark's Condo was amazing. Originally we were suppose to stay here for 10 nights and then stay somewhere else for our remaining 4 nights. As soon as we arrived at the condo we knew we wanted to stay here our whole trip and Mark was very accommodating!

The beach is a short walk from the condo and it was beautiful. The condo is equipped with everything you need for the beach (towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, boogie boards, pool noodles etc).

The kitchen in the condo was equipped with everything to make your own meals. Lots of kitchen appliances, pots and pans. There were even spices in the cupboard, along with other commonly used kitchen items.

There was an air conditioning unit in the living room and in the bedroom, plus many fans. We were never too warm.

The lanai is beautiful, and being on the ground level there was extra room. It is only steps from the pool which is small but lovely. It was never crowded.

Overall we had the best vacation and would recommend this condo to everyone! The location is very central and walking distance to many beaches, restaurants, and night life.

Cute and cozy

My family and I enjoyed our stay there. Most of everything needed was there. Only complaint would be, is the bedroom was way to hot! If there was an AC unit in the bedroom as well it would have been great.
