Happy with our stay!

  • 5 of 5

The property manager, Margie, was very professional and great to deal with. We did not know anything about the Winter Park area before staying here. We were very impressed with the Park area. Very nice shops and restaurants. Lots of options there on Park Ave as well as on Orlando Ave. The home was very nicely furnished and well kept. No problems at all with the home. Loved the yard! Very nice to relax on the swing. You will hear the trains come through at night. The tracks are a few blocks away. Anywhere in the area has to deal with that noise. It did wake me up the first night, but I found I got used to it more each night and it bothered me less and less. That is the only negative about our stay and is definitely not a reason to avoid this place. We would stay again!

Quiet. Complete. Easy. Quiet neighborhood. Completely stocked kitchen-- all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to cook. 3 rooms with smart TVs connected to cable/internet, and wireless access to internet, Easy access to near by grocery, movie theater, and shopping. Enjoyed our stay in this two bedroom bungalow. Plenty of room for the 4 adults. Property manager very helpful and responsive.

A Beautiful Cozy Oasis

  • 5 of 5

This is truly a hidden jem! While dropping off our freshman at UCF, we found this cozy home as a welcome place to rest. The yard is absolutely beautiful! The home interior is nicely decorated, very clean, and comfortable. We especially liked the front screened porch for morning coffee, quiet reading and rest time. Management service from check in to check out was friendly, welcoming, and quick to answer any questions.

Loved it but two things....

  • 3 of 5

stayed for 2 weeks. we chose winterpark as we heard was nice area. we booked last miniute and there were very limited choices in the area

we got to the home late evening. margie was great on email exmapling she couldn't be there on our arrival but explained where the key was.

the ubver driver could't find the house to begin with, it can be a little tricky as the main door is on different street... but once we found the hose we settled quickly. the home had everything, all the amenities from towels, sugar, salt/papper, sauces you name it everything expect food which was great... the home was very clean. two bedrooms was more than enough for wife and myself. the front garge is really cute too and must have 100's tiny lizards which we didn't mind at all as they help keep the mosquitos down.. home had good aircon. tv's in rooms and a kitchen which had everything

the house is very well located and walking distance from winter park avenue with nice shops and restaurants.... in the other direction you have two big publics and a cinema. margie was very kind and even offered to help us out by showing us round winter park, this was above and beyond. thank you

only two thing made this not quite a perfect stay... the train noise is really consistant. not much can be done about it i guess which a track running thought winter park. the road noise/ and some early morning noise also a bit annoying but cant be helped

we thought check out was mid day or afternoon... it was my error but check out was 11am.. bit early but my bad and a new guests were due to arrive later that day.... the cleaners knocking on the door at 11am telling us they needed to clean... we said sure but we need 15mins to pack and get out, we'd only just woke up.... they asked if they could clean the rooms were weren't using and i said yes...which wasn't good as they the started hoovering/cleaning in the same bedroom we were trying to pack in :( which i felt was a bit intrusive, asking us to move the case on the floor etc.. they also threw all our food away in the kitchen which we wanted, they didn't ask if we wanted it just threw it...... 100% i am in the wrong on check out time... but common sense is give us a bit of time and privacy to get our things together

Awesome property to stay at!

  • 5 of 5

This house was an awesome stay and was very clean. I frequently travel to Orlando for work and this may be the best house I have stayed out so far. There are TV's in all room and great areas to relax in around the house. It was also nice to hangout in the front yard which is very big and we were able to bbq and have a cookout. It was a great stay and hope to come back to this house in the near future.
