The townhouse sleeps 12 in one king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, a twin bedroom on upper levels and has a 2 car garage and hot tub. Lower level has an entertainment room and bunk bed room with a bathroom. The main area has a kitchen, dining and living areas. There is a shuttle to and from the main ski area if you want to begin or end your day there. With almost 3,000 square feet of living space, this home offers high quality living at its finest with direct ski access to the Sun Bowl on Stratton Moutain.

Stratton Mountain Access Road is in Bondville on Route 30 right next to the 7/11. Drive 4.6 miles on this road past the base village and the Welcome center. Take a right onto Mountain Road. Go 0.4 miles to the entrance to the Sun Bowl - take a right towards the SunBowl and the first right into the Solstice Complex. Drive up the hill, over the bridge and take the first driveway on your left. The condo entrance is the farthest to the right.

From New York City, New Jersey and Philadelphia

Take I-87 NORTH to Albany, to Exit 23 for I-787

Follow I-787 to Route 7 EAST

Follow NY Route 7 to Route 279 at Vermont border.

Take 279 to VT Route 7 In Bennington, take the exit for Route 7 North, Manchester

In Manchester Center, get off Route 7 at Exit 4

Turn RIGHT onto Route 11 / Route 30

Continue about 7 miles until Route 30 splits to the RIGHT

Turn RIGHT onto Route 30 SOUTH

Continue about 7 miles into Bondville

Directly after the 7-Eleven, Turn RIGHT onto Stratton Mountain Road.

Stratton Resort is 4 miles up.
