This townhouse is nestled in a very private, tranquil community of adobe town homes with a spacious private patio area for outdoor grilling (new, deluxe 4 burner grill), eating, sunbathing. Also, a luxurious pool and spa is just 100 yards away. 2 car garage and parking on street is also available. Washer & dryer on premises, along with Keurig coffee maker, flat-screen HD TV with 200 Cable channels & free movies, high-speed wireless internet, an eat-in kitchen and formal dining room. 30+ miles of hiking or biking across the street along the Rillito Paved Bike Path. Townhouse sleeps up to 6, with two queen-sized beds and two full-sized beds. Kitchen comes complete with settings, utensils, pots/pans, an electric stove and oven, toaster oven and a microwave. Additionally, there's a small private patio/garden in front of the townhouse for sunsets/reading. This property is truly an oasis in the city.

Remote Living at its Best
Stayed six weeks at this location. Enjoyed every minute. Host had great communication, location was perfect for hiking and biking, and amenities were great! Especially loved the patio. Didn't think we would use the pool and hot tub but we did a lot! Was a nice added bonus.

Beautiful desert oasis
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our loved ones. The property was absolutely perfect to fit our needs. Mr. Clancy was extremely well at communicating with us throughout the entire process. We hope to return again next year!

There were three of us. Travelled to Tucson for cycling in mountains. Location was great for western access. Drove to do Mt Lemmon and eastern areas. Wish range was gas instead of electric, but we managed. Everything worked. Nice patio with grill.

Peaceful stay in a great Tucson location
Robert was welcoming and thorough, showing us through his place. There was plenty of room for us all to have our own spaces. The patio was especially relaxing. Although close to the Tucson Mall and great restaurants, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We would stay at this place again, if available on our next trip to Tucson!

Quiet and perfect for us!
This was a great place for us. We found it comfortable, quiet, convenient and clean. This was the perfect place for us. We love to go out exploring during the day and come back to a quiet place to relax and kick back. This townhouse is in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. The patio was our favorite spot for the afternoon with a glass of wine. The owner was great. He called before we arrived to introduce himself and go over some details about the place. This was a nice personal touch. We hope to go back to this place in the future.

We live on a 5 acre hacienda in Tubac, Arizona and use our Tucson townhouse for shopping, museums, concerts, lectures and exploring the amazing variety of restaurants, shops and historical neighborhoods that abound in Tucson. When not in Arizona, we love to travel extensively to Mexico and Europe and visit children/grandchildren in L.A., NYC, CT and London.
