New On The Vacation Rental Market, 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Heritage Home

This home is walking distance from all of Fernie's amenities. Originally built in 1909, this home has been fully renovated and features an open concept kitchen and wood burning fireplace in the living room which is the perfect gathering place for family and friends. Complimentary entry vouchers to the Fernie Aquatic Center are provided to our guests so that you can enjoy the exercise room, 25m pool, water slides, steam room, hot tub and leisure pool. The main floor also features a separate media room with a 60" smart TV with Netflix and Wii. A spacious front entry with coat rack and room to store all of your toys, a high end washer and dryer, a dining room to comfortably seat 6 and a two piece bathroom. The upstairs features an oversized master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet, double vanity and claw foot tub. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a single over double bunk bed. If you are still in need of more space, the living room offers a large and very comfortable L shaped couch with enough room for 2 adults to get a good night's sleep. Whether skiing or taking advantage of the numerous activities Fernie offers during the Summer, this home is ideal for your stay. Celebrate with your family and friends in beautiful Fernie BC. You are renting directly from the owner who lives in Fernie year round. Not an agent or representative. While we don't expect you to have any problems, we are only a phone call away if you need anything, and we are happy to share our local knowledge of things to do in the area.
