This 3 story, 3 bedroom townhouse is ideally located in the Benchlands. It is perfect for a girls getaway, a work retreat, or a family vacation. The wooded environment at the base of Blackcomb Mountain provides both beautiful views and amazing privacy.

PLEASE NOTE: VRBO is now requiring the instant booking option. However, we require a rental agreement and ID for booking, and often have multiple requests simultaneously. Instant booking requests will be denied and payment will be requested when the booking is secured. We highly recommend you message us first with booking requests.


The living room on the second floor is an idyllic space for hosting an apres, sitting by the fire, or watching some Netflix. Together with an open concept kitchen, this is the perfect space for socializing, dining, or however you want to spend your Whistler evenings. Follow it up with a trip to the common outdoor hot tub a few steps away surrounded by the forest.

Our home sleeps 6 comfortably, and we are willing to accommodate up to 8 people. With a king sized bed and the privacy of a separate floor, the master bedroom on the third floor features an en suite bathroom with heated tile floors and a jetted tub. The large second bedroom on the first floor contains a queen bed and is close to the full main bathroom that is shared with the third bedroom. The third bedroom contains a double bed.

For skiers, the complex offers ski-home access (snow conditions permitting) via Home Run on Blackcomb Mountain and is only a short distance from the cross-country ski trails of Lost Lake. The village and gondolas are only a short walk away via the Valley trail system, or a quick stop via the free shuttle bus that stops nearby.

In summer, we are ideally situated for mountain biking, with amazing access to the Lost Lake trails, or a short ride away to the Bike Park.

This property includes complimentary secured underground parking for one vehicle and first come first serve underground visitor parking.

We want to ensure the best fit with all of our guests. Please note, it is difficult for us to accommodate requests more than 3-4 months in advance. Our complex is usually chosen because it's a little away from the village, and very private and quiet. It's very popular with hard core skiers and mountain bikers who don't care as much about spending time in the village. The free shuttle is extremely convenient for skiing and apres, but it is more difficult to get back and forth to the village late at night.

Town home is gorgeous

This is a beautiful town home. We had a great weekend. Everything was clearly laid out for access to the hot tub, underground, wifi and so much more. The location and amenities really made our weekend.

Great Whistler Get Away!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The owner was very helpful and always easy to communicate with. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo provided plenty of room for our family vacation at Whistler/Blackcomb. Great location to the mountain. Free bus/shuttle was very easy to use and we used it often. The only thing I would keep in mind if you are renting this unit is that the complex does not have parking for a SUV with a rooftop box (the only parking is in the garage and the garage has a 7' clearance).

Great condo for skiers

Everything as advertised or shown in the pictures. Heated floors in the kitchen and bathrooms were a nice touch. Soap and, shampoo were provided, as were spices and other basic kitchen necessities. Underground garage. The shuttle stop is a short walk so you don't have to carry your skis too far. The owner was easy to reach via text messages. It was a great ski weekend. Thank you!

Whistler/Blackcomb is a world-class ski resort, ranked Number 1 by SKI Magazine. The 8100 acres of skiable terrain means that even locals and people who have skiied here for years are finding new areas to explore every year. Even if you want to stick to the groomed runs, the epic views are unmatched anywhere in the world, and Whistler is a fantastic place to learn to ski or ride.

Beyond the powder and parks, Whistler Village is a vibrant place to walk, shop, play, and explore. There are dozens of restaurants, shops, and bars to spend your evenings. There is also a free ice rink for skating. If you feel up to exploring a bit further, there is a massive trail system with cross country skiing in the winter. Nearby, there is also a recreation centre with a pool, and a sliding centre where you can try the bobsled!

While Whistler is magical in the winter, it is just as alluring the rest of the year. Both the popular mountain bike park, as well as numerous single and double track trails in the area make it a hugely attractive mountain biking destination. There are also multiple lakes and beaches, hiking trails, golf, and many other adventures to be had.

We want to make sure our home is the best fit for your vacation. We recommend you e-mail us first, instead of clicking "book it", as we will not accept a reservation request without some renter info. If you click "book it", VRBO will charge your card as a "pending authorization", and starts a 24 clock for us to accept or decline. If it is declined or the time expires, you will not be charged. You may find it more convenient to e-mail us with the information first.

We'd be happy to send you the rental agreement if you want more specific information and to make sure it meets your expectations. We will not charge more for guests up to 8, but please be aware that there is a king, queen, and double bed, as well as a (non-pullout) couch. If you have more guests than there are sleeping areas, you are responsible for any extra bedding or mattresses they require.

5% discount on any returning guests.

If we allow 2 night bookings a short stay cleaning fee of $125 will apply.

Cancellation policy is 100% refund up to 30 days prior, and 50% refund up to 14 days prior. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 14 days before booking.
