We chose this location because it is so close to so many things, most within walking distance. It is very quiet, safe, secure, clean and well-maintained. Sheriff’s posse drive by frequently every day. Nearly everyone is 55 or older and enjoy an active social lifestyle here. This community was specifically designed for senior citizens by one of the greatest retirement builders, Dell Web.

Very nice house that is close to everything.

3rd time's a charm

We have enjoyed yet another trip to SCW, staying in Kirk's home! It is the perfect size for 4, and close to all the needs one would have, groceries, drugstore, rec center, etc. We love the use of the 2 bicycles in the garage, to see all the sights nearby. There is a nice patio, equipped with gas grill, and 2 large screen TVs. We will always try to use this VRBO, on future trips!

Awesome Home

This was our 2nd visit to this home and we were thrilled with all aspects of It! Very convenient to shopping, visiting our family in the area, and safe biking trips! The owner answered all our previsit questions, and made sure we were welcomed properly with some great refrigerated beverages, and of course, beautiful sunny skies!

Best Winter Stay

My husband and I have spent an enjoyable winter in this comfortable home. Kirk is very accommodating and responsive to any request. We really appreciated the comforts of home, including a generous supply of linens, towels, cleaning and paper products. We have spent many hours on the patio, in or out of the sun, there is a side for either one. The location is convenient to neighborhood stores and the REC center. Since dog walking is very common on this street, we met a lot of nice people who welcomed us to the quiet, lovely neighborhood. Thanks Kirk, for making this a nice home away from home. We won't hesitate to stay here again when we decide to return to the Phoenix area.

Comfortable, Convenient & Thoughtful Preparation for Guests!!

My husband and I were able to enjoy a few weeks this November in this patio home while visiting my in-laws. Kurt was prompt to respond to a couple questions we did have upon our arrival. This casita, which had more than ample room for the 2 of us, was stocked with just about everything anyone could want while staying in Sun City West. We couldn't believe our luck in staying at the comfortable home-away-from-home that was in such a great, peaceful and accessible location. From bikes (2) to bedding & linen supplies, private outdoor relaxing furniture, and cookware, we had all that was needed. Hoping to return some time next year and would hope to be able to get to stay here! Highly recommend!

This home is a perfect place for active adults. Close to several spring training facilities, Westgate and Arrowhead Mall; 3 community public golf courses; 2 private courses with top rated restaurants; 4 community recreation centers within minutes. These offer many fun activities and classes. Community pools, dancing lessons (country line, ballroom, square dancing, etc); golf lessons, bowling lanes for fun or league play; crafts and many more. This is a great home for winter visitors and year round active couples or singles. You cannot go wrong living in this fantastic community.
