About this property

Three cottages with pool in a quiet location with panoramic views amidst olives

Case Bellavista with a panoramic view of the plain between Pistoia and Florence. Particularly high quality and tastefully furnished holiday homes of 50sqm, with pool (8 x 4m), in the middle of olive trees, roses, lavender, rosemary and sage. No car within earshot and sight, instead fireflies and nightingale.
Both included: beach holiday (Viareggio in 45 minutes by car) and cultural experience (Florence and Lucca in 20 minutes by car).
The ambience is characterized by terracotta tiles, marble, chestnut beams and handwork (beds, tables). You will always find a very high quality equipment, not only in the beds and mattresses, but also in the upholstered and garden furniture and the cooking utensils. Generous living space in which beds for children can be set up.
Even in the summer months we have a pleasant climate, because the houses are above the valley, already rural and surrounded by forest. In the late afternoon the sun says goodbye, wanders behind the hills and there is a gentle breeze. The bedrooms are on the east side and only see the sun in the morning: good sleep even in the hot months!

We live very close to the holiday homes and are happy to help with questions about shopping, restaurants and excursions.

An excellent restaurant (two kilometers through the tree nurseries) and a very good gelateria in our vicinity (3 km) offer culinary delights.

Casa Montalbano
Het huisje ligt bijna boven op een heuvel/berg. Een redelijke rit met de auto vanuit het dorp over een smalle weg, maar dat wordt beloond met een schitterend uitzicht. Het appartement is netjes verzorgt. Lekker om vanuit hier de omgeving te verkennen.

Entspannung pur
Für einen ruhigen und entspannen Urlaub wie geschaffen. Die Häuser sind genial positioniert, so dass man in jedem Haus und auf jeder Terrasse seine Privatsphäre genießen kann. Die Häuser sind liebevoll und heimelig eingerichtet. Der Pool bietet immer eine wohlige Abkühlung und liegt leicht abseits, wodurch die Ruhe der Häuser nicht beeinträchtigt wird. Wir haben hier ein paar schöne Tage verbracht und hatten auch währenddessen immer einen guten Support durch die Betreiber. Danke an Bettina. LG Conni und Bernd

schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung
Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung entspricht der toskanischen Umgebung, sehr gemütlich. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit 2 Liegen und mehreren Möglichkeiten die Mahlzeiten im Freien und im Schatten einzunehmen. Ein Highlight ist der Pool mit Sonnenterrasse und tollem Ausblick auf die malerische Umgebung, der für alle 3 Einheiten zur Verfügung steht. Falls man etwas braucht, sind Bettinna und Lino immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wunderschöne, entspannte Urlaubstage verbracht. Wer seinen Urlaub in Ruhe und abseits vom Trubel sucht, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten.
