An exceptionally comfortable residence, with expansive ocean views from all rooms, the covered lanais (patios), and large open aired decks create the perfect environment for lounging, relaxing or gathering with friends or family in an ideal setting.

Situated in an upscale neighborhood with a private beach park directly across from the residence, this craftsman style home, is within a stone's throw reach of some of the best diving, snorkeling, kayaking and whale watching on the island.

Rental includes use of beach chairs, beach towels, beach cooler and beach umbrella.

Hawaii County Restrictions:
- Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors
- Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area
- Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area
- The STVR (short term vacation rental) shall not be used for commercial purposes

Amazing location and home
An amazing location, and the pictures do not do it justice! Feels like you are at home in paradise, and every amenity is available to you. From watching the daily sunsets on the deck to snorkelling at the beach across the street; the house is a perfect home base to explore the island.

Splendid Property
On all three measures, house, location and host this property earns a five star rating! The house meet all expectations while hosting two retired couples for two weeks. Each couple had separate air conditioned bedrooms, well appointed with comfortable beds and adjoining ensuites. Wonderful views from each bedrooms. The kitchen had everything you would want to prepare any meal, large fridge and easy to use dishwasher. Plenty of seating inside and an efficient clothes washer and dryer. Outside was a large deck, both open to the elements and a large covered area, with plenty of seating and/or lounging options. Also a storage box full of outdoor gear, face masks, flippers, beach chairs and umbrellas. The location was the best. The deck (and house windows) overlooked both the pebble beach and ocean and the undeveloped lava field. The neighbourhood was quiet and friendly. At night we fell asleep listening to the waves and gentle wind blowing through the palm trees. Most impressive was the feeding humpback whales. Their blowing sounds were incredible clear. We even witnessed a feeding whale scare a school of flying fish into the air right towards the beach! Gregg the host, made sure the house was not hot when we arrived late in the afternoon. He asked if there was anything we needed ( we didn’t cause every was already there) and he provided great local knowledge about what to see along the oceanside trail (dormant cinder cone and private black sand beach) and the best side to snorkel. As the contractor who built the house as his own getaway it was clear he took pride in the house. I can easily recommend this property as a splendid place to stay. Bernie

Beautiful Home, Peaceful Location
Such a wonderful home with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. We loved the separate sleeping locations in the home and the two outdoor showers. Every morning and evening were spent on the lanai enjoying the views of the ocean and listening to the waves crash on Pebble Beach.. Morning walks on the nearby trails allowed us to truly appreciate the stark beauty of the volcanic rock against the azure-coloured ocean. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful vacation paradise!

Beautiful house
Beautiful well equipped house with large deck and lanai. Beach out front is pebbles. Property is quite warm in the late afternoon and evening, fans help.
